These are really tasty gummies that also provide nutritional supplementation. They taste great (almost like candy). they’re easy to chew and swallow. Because they taste good it’s easier to remember to take them regularly. The hard part is not eating too many.
I appreciate the convenience of being able to take creatine in the form of a gummy, instead of having to mix the creatine powder into a smoothie or something. Saves so much time and effort. I like that these are sugar free.
I have not had any adverse reactions from taking this.

Ok I have tried a LOT of gummy vitamins, and these yummy NIUSISE are a definite standout. Featuring the more easily absorbed (I have read) Creatine Monohydrate, these also add1000 mg Magnesium to help with muscle recovery.
These gummies have a delicious lemon flavor and a delightful cube shape that’s very satisfying to bite into and chew. The lemon taste is spot-on, a very cheery and bright flavor reminiscent of hard candy lemon drops. I got to help me and my husband incorporate more Creatine into our day, and these are husband-approved for taste. 👍
The ingredients list is a good one! These use natural stevia for sweetening, and retain their shape with pectin, so they are just the right consistency. These also contain magnesium, leucine, and collagen!
Serving size is 4 gummies, so you can easily tailor your consumption to meet your personal needs.

I originally got these for me.
I normally do 10 grams creatine a day, mostly from powder in my shakes,
But occasionally I get a few grams from gummies, usually easy to take and pretty tasty.
I am not a big lemon flavor fan so I did not have high expectations for these for flavor but the profile looked real good.
L-Leucine, I normally take so that is nice to see it in here, not a bad dosage
Collagen I also take, the dosage here is actually low, but still a plus
And Magnesium is a regular part of my supplementation, The complex here is nice and a pretty good reasonable dosage.
The chewy-ness of these is nice, not a stick to your teeth gooey.
Now the flavor, it did not do anything for me, but knowing I was not a lemon fan decided to get my wife’s opinion.
After the first gummy she looked at me and said “Hands off – these are all mine.. I love them”
This is great because she knows she should also be taking creatine, but just not been able to take it regularly. With these that is now changing, she like them so much she will have no problem taking them regularly.
Yes gummies are the most expensive way to get creatine (vs powder or capsules) but in this case it is what it take to do the trick so is worth it.
So if you are a lemon person – go for it, If not these are still not bad ,

As with all supplements, it’s up to each person to decide whether the ingredients work for them or not. Immediate effects are often not seen, and long-term effects are hard to evaluate. So I can only comment on my experience with the product.
I love the fact that these are gummies. I don’t like swallowing pills and often forget to do so, but gummies become a part of a breakfast routine – in the morning with coffee. They are almost like candy, and with this product, they indeed taste like candy, I can’t even tell I am taking supplements.
The product comes fully sealed so you can be sure it was not used before. Large supply, so you get good value for the money. If the ingredients are right for you, then this product is definitely worth getting.

I first ordered this in the single jar, then the two pack came available, so I ordered that also.
This review serves for both the single and two pack as the item is exactly the same.
If you like a sweet lemon flavor, candy like, gummy supplement, you’ve found it.
These are a small, opaque, yellow cube shaped, gummy creatine *complex*.

On a 10 scale (10 strongest/sweetest)…
Intensity of flavor: 6.
Intensity of sweetness: 6.5 – 7.
The serving size is 4 gummies and the flavor and the sweetness sort of compound as you eat one after another, of your 4 gummy serving.
Blind taste test…
In a blind taste test, I would be able to identify these as lemon flavored.
Sugar free…the sweeteners are also listed in image 4.
About the only thing that’s questionable is “erythritol *extract*”.
I’ve been using erythritol for years but have never seen it referred to as “extract”…..whatever.
Unclear where these are actually manufactured.
Product page says “Country of Origin: USA “.
Label on the jar says “Manufactured *for*” and gives a USA address.
Does not say “Made in” or “Manufactured *in*”
So if that’s a concern for you, you might want to reach out to the seller.
Anyway, I like these; glad I ordered.
