There are many other benefits to fish oil, including being useful in the treatment of a number of forms of depression, and many physicians recommend it for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. But the problem for many is that they find the capsules to be intolerable for one reason: fish oil burps.
The Coromega Omega-3 Supplement, Orange Flavor, Squeeze Packets seem to eliminate that problem for most. It’s packaged in convenient daily dose pudding-like squeeze packets. I personally like the taste of this and the lemon-lime variety (see below), but if one doesn’t, they can easily be mixed with blended drinks or added to yogurt. These Coromega products contain top quality fish oil from deep, cold-water fish, which is said to be the best kind.
It should also be noted that low levels of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) have been connected to various forms of depression, ADD (attention deficit disorder) and Alzheimer’s disease. Love this Omega 3 fish oil supplement. Flavor is great, love the compact and easy to use packets, leaves no aftertaste.

We are not aging like most of the population because of a number of lifestyle choices. We’ve been taking fish oil for 30 years. No pain, inflammation, nice skin to name a few benefits. We doubled the amount (divided doses) after we turned 50. We are 72 and 68. The benefits of fish oil cannot be overstated as it is useful in at least 50 processes in the body. However, quality counts. Not only is this a reputable company, but the orange pudding form makes it easier for me to handle as sometimes I don’t feel I can swallow a big pill. Most products offering a gram come in a big gelcap. My only complaint is that you have to be diligent to squeeze it all out, even using your teeth to scrap the package. Supplements are too expensive to waste. Taste? Well orange but if I’m totally honest, I can pick up a slightly fishy taste. Doesn’t bother me. Great product and very convenient while travelling.

Mom was having a hard time swallowing the fish oil caps, so I looked for an alternative. So glad I found these. You can’t smell or taste the fish oil. I just squeeze a packet out in a teaspoon, and Mom can take it without any problem. Price isn’t bad either. Thank you.

I’ve prefer taking these over large pills. I just squeeze them in my mouth – I don’t mix them in a smoothie or anything. The taste is sweet. A bit pricey, but worth it.

These squeeze packets keep my dry eyes feeling comfortable, as long as I take as much as my ophthamologist recommended. This tropical flavor I just received is my favorite flavor yet. Yum! I have also had the lime flavor, which is quite good, and the orange flavor. None of them leaves a bad taste in the mouth and they’re quite easy to use.
