I’ve been using Jay rob vanilla egg white protein for years but it’s just so expensive so I tried this. The bigger carton is a deal so I tried the chocolate one and it’s honestly just as good. It smells like nesquick chocolate milk. Blends perfect with a frother stir thing or shaker bottle. All egg white will foam just have to wait a second. It kinda has a fake sweetener taste but it’s not bad. I can’t do whey and have to meet my protein. Best vegan is 1st phorm but I like egg white better for taste. DO ITTT.

My dietician and endocrinologist and cardiologist and family doctor all told me to drink one or two servings per day. Makes a smooth shake, I mix it with milk. The flavors are great and it’s amazing that this is egg because there is no after taste. Just tasted like coconut or chocolate or peanut butter. I shake mine, when at home blender it. Dissolves pretty good. Worth the money.

Excellent taste and consistency mixed with a vanilla milk. Unfortunately it turns out I’m allergic to eggs so and my first sip was my last. My girlfriend can suck an egg, or 7, through a straw.

This protein formulation definitely works 💪
I can absolutely feel the difference when I’ve taken it during my weightlifting sessions. Interestingly, I also feel like it assisted me with my motivation for getting up for 5:30 AM gym start time.
What needs improvement just as others reviewers has said is the amount of foam that it produces during blending or shaking when mixing. It’s not that the foam or froth if you will isn’t edible but it’s certainly not pleasant to consume 😏
Now to the flavor – Rocky Road is decent 👌
Obviously, it doesn’t put you in the mind of sitting in your local ice cream shop having a scoop or two. But it’s doable as far as protein powders go…as they have come a long way in terms of mouth feel and taste. It does have a slightly salty taste when you first try it but it disappeared for me for subsequent shakes.
Lastly, while I did not have ANY noticeable stomach issues bloating, pain etc. taking this protein and that is saying ALOT considering I have food sensitivities to everything except for rocks, sand and dirt 😅. But I have to say, my gas was intense!!!! I mean my wife complained and she’s been with me practically throughout my food sensitivity journey 😅

I’ve been totally addicted to sugar. Within the last 2 months I’ve started on a new lifestyle program but because of how much weight I needed to lose needed extra protein to make sure I stayed in ketosis and didn’t start metabolizing my muscles.
I started with the chocolate and really loved it and decided to ad some variety. The Carmel was the next one I purchased.
The taste is so good, that I’m not missing my sugar at all and am down 23#.
I put in a shaker bottle with my program shake and shake up for about 30nseconds and have a nice smooth, awesome tasting breakfast!
This was also a good meal replacement right after oral surgery.

I don’t even work out so can’t speak about muscle mass gain. The salted caramel flavor is great! I just blend it with ice and powdered peanut butter and it’s like a milkshake. It is very sweet which is a plus for me.

This is the worst thing I have ever put in my body. I made a shake with 1 scoop and noticed almost immediately it wasn’t sitting well and it only got worse the longer it went within 30 minutes I was praying to die. I had fever/chills, headache, kidney/back pain, nausea and severe bloating in abdominal area that would not subside and gastric distress. I was in bad shape for 6-8 hours and on the verge of going to ER. I was up all night with discomfort and today I finally feel somewhat normal. I consume lots of protein powders and NEVER EVER had an issue or reaction like this. This stuff is poison in my opinion. I also eat 6 egg whites everyday and have a very strict diet and eat the same things almost everyday. This was the only thing I consumed that was different than normal so there is no way it was a something else and its not like Im allergic to eggs. I literally just ate my 6 hardboiled egg whites while I type this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STUFF…
