I got jitters and light headed. I use a 64 oz bottle. At first I thought I was sick but it only happens when using this product. There should be no way I get jitters and light headed with 1-2 scoops in a 64 oz bottle, when the normal serving is 1 scoop in 8-10 oz. With a 64 oz bottle it should taken at least 6 scoops to get the same dosage.
This is the only beetroot powder that has caused me issues.

Don’t spend big money on the “Gym Advertised “ pre- workout. This has a mild energy boost and is just like nitric oxide sups but way cheaper. I actually think it works better. And it’s supposed to be good for blood flow all around.
Not an amazing taste. Some might find it downright gross. Mix it with about 4 to 6 oz of water and just shoot it down. Drink water after it. Makes it quick and painless

I have never tried beets before and was limited in my use of pre-workouts in general. But I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I enjoyed the flavor and definitely for a good rush for my workout. Would recommend!

This product delivers exactly the energy you need to startup your basic body training. It goes great with any of your favorite drink while having your Breakfast; Lunch and Dinner. To me it works like a Booster to your food and gives you the energy needed throughout the day and I drink it every day with a meal.

This works well. Doesn’t make me feel itchy or dehydrated like other pre-workouts. Taste is decent definitely could be better at dissolving but if you’re sipping from the cup rather than using a straw you should be good. I like to mix in my creatine with it.
