I have been using Ora Vegan Protein powder for 3 years, I can’t say enough good things about the product, I like the taste, the fact that it is a clean source of protein, and that I can mix it in a shaker if I time is short. On the negative, the plastic container seems a bit wasteful and not environmentally friendly.
I just received a notification to review my subscribe and save order for the product, and see that the price went from 35.99 to 44.99. That is a pretty substantial jump(25%) so while I do love the product and use 2 containers a month, I am certainly going to read reviews and look at test results for similar products in this category.

Something has happened within this company, and this use to be the best tasting protein drink. Now the batches are inconsistent.
I truly wonder if you are getting any protein anymore.
I have been buying 2 of these monthly for over a year, and the price has dramatically increased while THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN DRAMATICALLY!
I just gave it another chance after, waiting a few months, after my below original good review was edited to the below bad review. The issue persists. One jar may not have any taste but seem a bit sweet. The next has NO SWEETNESS but a bit of flavor, BUT STILL NOTHING LIKE THE DELICIOUS DRINK I HAD COME TO EXPECT FROM THIS BRAND! Buyer beware. Good news though, there are ALOT of other good organic vegan protein drinks.

I am so sad!! I have been buying this for months and use to LOVE IT! I would have 2 daily to get my protein.
My last subscribe and save newest order I noticed the packaging had changed. The bottles are smaller BUT I am sure you are getting same exact amount. BUT as I saw the package had changed, I said outloud OHGOD! I hope nothing changed in the ingredients too!!
INSTEAD YES THERE HAS BEEN A BIG CHANGE There is NO FLAVOR AT ALL!! Normally it had a huge pea protein flavor which I am not a huge fan of, but it also tasted like vanilla and I was able to mask the pea protein flavor. The new bottle tastes like NOTHING!!! I even checked, I thought ???Maybe??? they gave me unflavored instead of vanilla in error……NOPE! 🙁 Both of my bottles are vanilla, and both have ZERO flavor! BUYER BEWARE!!

This protein powder tastes great and blends in very well with my smoothies. It’s not overly grainy like some other powders can be. I have tried the unflavored, vanilla chai and chocolate flavors, and have been pleased with them all.

I really tried to love this protein powder but it is awful. I tried mixing it alone and in a fruit smoothie and both were gritty and the taste was very off putting. I really tried to like it but I can’t get pass the taste. I tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, no response yet.
****UPDATE:
Although I did not like the protein powder, I will give the company four stars for the outstanding customer service. Someone reached out to me and offered a full refund or an exchange for any of their other products. I opted for a full refund and received it. For this gesture alone, I am willing to try other products from this brand.

I had issues digesting protein, but this one is so clean and easy on ingredients, and it also makes me feel full and happy. The texture is like any vegan powder, a little grainy, might want to have it with half water and almond milk, but other than that it’s delicious! I pair it often with some coffee for taste. Also, you can make the best chai protein cookies ever with this powder. And the price is pretty worth it.

I love the Vanilla flavor So Lean and Clean powder so much I have been drinking it almost daily over the past year. I feel healthier and love the taste! I blend mine with organic banana and strawberries for a smoothie that tastes better than one you can buy. Worth the money if your health conscious!

Chocolate flavour is not so strong, I need to put additional chocolate powder to have a thicker taste.

I ordered the vanilla flavor and am super pleased. The flavor is very subtle, I don’t find it chalky, hard to mix or unpleasant at all. It’s truly the only vegan protein powder I can find with clean ingredients. Bonus is its low in sugar, fat and has digestive enzymes. Pretty awesome for a protein powder!

Blends up smooth in a blender or shaken in a canning jar. Not too sweet, a little earthy due to pea protein, wonderful clean taste, very digestible. Feels like good food in my stomach.
