I need a daily chocolate fix, so I lean towards shakes – some chocolatey snack that isn’t terribly unhealthy. I consider myself familiar with chocolate shake products on the market. I decided to finally try something different (well knowing this is too expensive for me). This product is quite sweet (sickly) and I am not sure why or what from based on ingredient list. I used 1c of unsweetened almond milk and needed to further dilute with additional 1/2c because it still tasted too sweet. It has a sandy feeling in the mouth, I think underneath there is a fairly decent chocolate flavor. I also like to add a banana to shakes for more substance. As for meal replacement, well as I said I don’t utilize shakes for that reason…for me it’s a healthy chocolate fix and, anything providing a mere 110 calories is by no means a meal replacement. If this product was half the price, I would purchase again because of the decent chocolate flavor (I could live with the sandy mouth feel), but the cost is prohibitive for me.

I have tried pretty much every protein in bottles and as powder. There is one more left which I might not even try anymore. I had ordered this sample pack before spending the high price for a bigger bag. I think that shaker bottle is a total waste of plastic as most households have some kind of blender, but ok, nothing I can do about. I made my usual smoothie with 8 oz. fat free milk, add flax/chia/hemp seeds, 1 cup frozen fruit and some extra ice, blend it in my Vitamix. For the first one I used 8oz of fat free milk, turned out a little too thick. Second time I used 8 oz. fat free milk and 4 oz. water, that was perfect.
The flavor is much better than expected, I don’t know if I would want to make it just with liquid, but with my usual ingredients it was pretty amazing. I might be done with buying all these bottled premade shakes that are heavy to bring home. Once I have used up my stack of bottled shakes I will definitely reorder these.

I wanted to post this for people on the fence.
I am 47, I have 5 children, and after having my daughter 7 years ago ( I changed my chemistry to finally have a girl after 4 boys), my body has never been the same. I went form quick fat burning, high metabolism, high energy, naturally slim, to major weight gain in my mid section, thighs and arms. NOT like me or liked at all. I have tried EVERY DIET ON THE PLANET, given I am not overweight, I have very tough places to lose weight. I am also hypoglycemic and my body changed to the point that I cannot eat sugars or digest them well. Over a year ago I went gluten free to balance my body, and at the same time I cut out sugars, both real and artificial in an attempt to resolve my leptin and insulin resistance. SO….long story shortened. I awoke one morning with a message saying, Just try shakes! You’re too busy to figure meals and the like.” WIth that I researched meal replacement shakes and easy peazy format to follow. I found 310. I ordered 14 serving packages of Vanilla, Chocolate and Caramel to start. Well….this is what happened. My son, 18 years of age, entering the Marines, on keto decided to try them, as did my diet resistant husband who is a carbaholic. Now I will be ordering the 28 servings of those and possibly more.
No after taste…absolutely scrumptious!
Mixed by self with almond milk, water or heavy cream OR

NOT hungry! No sugar drops! No worries! Body clears daily!

I cannot say enough about this product.
-I eat 2 shakes a day…breakfast and lunch or dinner with one balanced meal of meat and veggies. I stay away from carbs for the most part but do not exclude veggies based on that.
– I have made several flourless dessert recipes using pitted dates that fit nicely in after breakfast and lunch, tiding me over and making me feel less depleted.
-I drink coffee, tea, and water all day long. I have cold and hot teas, and only add half and half to my coffee. No sugars unless they come naturally in the fruit I eat. I cannot believe it.
NOW…my husband who is diet-resistant decided to jump on board. I have been on for 6 days now. I can see and feel the weight loss/changes happening, but have not lost on the scale. That is fine. The reasoning, I believe, is that my body is finally resetting to where I used to be. My metabolism is CRANKIING as of today and I finally feel that heat again (Not a hot flash, as I am done with that). My husband has been doing this 4 days and has lost 4 pounds. He is 6’4″ and has a bit of weight to lose, but he is also stoked. Eats the same as I do, and is NEVER hungry.
I just wanted to share in case anyone was attempting to figure out a life change and was considering this product. It is awesome. And it is something I can get in the habit of for a lifestyle.

So I got this because I wanted something VEGAN.
It has MONK FRUIT which tastes horrible.
Most of the reviews said it tasted great.
Nope!
Gritty and gross monk fruit after taste.
BUT I FEEL GREAT after drinking this stuff.
The PEANUT POWDER helps
cover up the monk fruit taste.
CHOCOLATE FLAVOR is actually tolerable and drinking it with a straw helps.
Vanilla is ok with peanut powder added.
Caramel has the most monk fruit taste.
I haven’t tried it with peanut powder yet.
I’m MIXING only with WATER. Other things might help. I’m gonna finish this pack and get only chocolate in the future.
It’s gots good protein in it that actually fills me up and doesn’t give me blood sugar spikes.
Who knew that was possible?!
Whey protein never worked for me and made me more tired. So I’m amazed that another protein could work this well and no be grossly sweet.
Great breakfast that gets you going with out weighing you down or giving you the sugar shakes.

Update:
Peanut butter powder gets rid of after taste!
Water first then powder gets rid of grittiness.
Drinking with straw is a must.
Love this stuff, so much more energy.
No sugar shakes or need for something salty after.

I tried the vanilla flavor(when I have drank protein shakes and the like I’ve always only ever liked chocolate) and mixed it with water, and not even actual milk like one should use. It didn’t taste good but it wasn’t super awful. Very filling drink. I will continue to have one a day. Next time with milk as I know that will make it taste much more palatable. If you’re considering trying these, just do it. There pretty cheap too in comparison to other stuff I was looking at. Ohh at the mixing cup it comes with works EXTREMELY well. I was pleasantly surprised about that.
