I really liked it when I first got it being insulated and it has a nice feel to it. Cleaning the lid is a completely different story. Powder would get stuck in the lid all the time. The seal for where you drink out of on the lid would get caked with powder where soaking didn’t always work the best till the seal came out. Part of me was happy that part came out with powder remnants under it but now the seal won’t stay in the lid and it leaks when shaking it. I tried putting the seal back in but it just falls back out right away.
Sometimes it would build enough pressure when you opened it, it would spray out.

I’ve been looking for a shaker cup that keeps my water cold when I’m at the gym. The plastic ones don’t keep water cold very long & the condensation is a no go for me.
I have other SM tumblers & I LOVE them so I decided to give this one a try. I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews about the lid breaking but thought I’d give it a try anyways. I’ve had it for a few months & so far so good. It keeps ice for at least 24 hrs & that’s definitely a plus! The color is ultra cute, too!

I’m so disappointed because I wanted a shaker bottle that could mix my drinks up and keep them cold throughout the first few classes. I’m a teacher and I usually sip on my drink, but it gets warm. While this tumbler does keep my drink cold, the lid doesn’t shut so it leaks and splashes all over me and everything around me.
It’s such a cute cup, easy to clean, and durable like the tumblers. I’m just so disappointed!!! Will be returning.

I truly love the shaker. It’s been the best thing yet for mixing protien in my morning coffee and keeping everything insulated. However like 2 weeks in, and only hand washing despite the cup being dishwasher safe and the plug has separated from the cup. It’s what keeps everything from spilling when you shake it and now it’s another part I have to keep track of. I even tried the company website for a new lid but they didn’t have one which matches this one. I like it enough to keep using it but bear in mind this could happen.

I really enjoy Simple Modern products. All of their water bottles aren’t over the top and are reasonably priced. I first located their items at Target, but now love finding them on Amazon.
