But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.
This bottle comes about 75% full, which isn’t too bad nowadays.
There are 50 servings per container; how long that lasts will depend on you. The directions say to take three capsules 1-2 times per day, but I imagine that would also depend on if you’re loading.
The expiration date on mine is May 2027, so a little less than three years from now.
There is no real scent or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.
I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says GMP facility and Made in USA. The product page also says non-GMO and 3rd-party tested.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The bottle and product page say they have been in business since 1996, and have won some awards along the way. Their nutrabio site is functional and informative, and has their phone number on it. They have retail stores, and you can download certifications from the website; companies that do this are few and far between. They also put a URL for checkmysupps on their bottle where you can put in the lot number from your supplement and get the 3rd-party lab test results. This needs to be the standard rather than the exception in the supplement industry.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am impressed with the quality of the supplement, the company, and being able to get this quality for such a price. I’m glad I came across these guys.

While on the website, I took the time to watch the behind-the-scenes videos of their factory and labs and interviews with the owner. And I must say, I was impressed! As for the supplement itself, I’ve been taking it every day for a few weeks now. As with most supplements, I know it will take time for me to notice any effect.
