This stuff is amazing. I pop one into my water whenever I have a particularly difficult workout (either before, during, or after). I always feel better if I’m struggling. Plus they taste really good.
The only downside is, if you’re on medication that is made less effective by consuming anything acidic, these do tend to do that, but only slightly.
I tried Liquid IV. That stuff tastes terrible and doesn’t work nearly as good, at least for workouts (although that works ok for dehydration. Still tastes gross though). Save your money and get Nuun.

I like these little things; they are very convenient to take with me and just drop one into my water bottle. They dissolve quickly with no chalkiness or other weird taste. I also like there is only 1gm of sugar and that they use stevia. These work wonders for quenching thirst and restoring electrolytes without that sickening sweetness that goes hand in hand with the vast majority of sports drinks. Highly recommend.

Nuun tablets are a much bette way to get electrolytes without buying copious amounts of large plastic bottles. They offer the hydration I need and ability to control the amount and strength of my serving.
They also have a much nicer , cleaner taste than Gateraid for example.

The Raspberry Lemonade flavor isn’t just tasty as a hydration product but like so good, I’d easily confuse it for a yummy store bought flavored lemonade.
