I just received my 2nd bottle and I dont do 2nd bottles! These pills really helped me and I can not tell you how much. I’ve always had constipation issues and wont poop for days. Ever since I took these I am pooping everyday, EVERY DAY, and I go 2 or 3 times and that never happens to me! TMI I know but I dont care really. These ACV pills are big but better than drinking the juice – even bigger yuck! It might be in my head but I have an overall energetic feeling and a bit less of crazy big appetitie.

I love this product! I been taking it for a short time and already I notice the difference. I have lost 1 inch off my waist and 1/2 an inch from my hips. I notice this regulates and helps my digestive system a lot! I have ulcer and that causes me digestive irregularities. I haven’t had any issues since taking these pills. Because of my ulcer and digestive irregularities I tend to have stomach bloat at times. This product has help me with that too, I notice the bloat minimizing and my stomach feels great! also I notice I am not getting as hungry as before? It’s a must product and I will keep taking it. I ended up switching these pills for others that have the mother in them. I was told the ones with the mother help much more. After trying the ones with the mother… I notice it LITERALLY did nothing for me. It wouldn’t regulate my stomach the way these do. So, I switched back to these! I’m never trading them. They are the best! they regulate your stomach, therefore preventing you from being bloated and have a leaner stomach. If you suffer from stomach bloatness and want to have a healthy digestive system…. this is it!!!

I’ve only been taking this for three days but I wanted to share my experience as I keep taking it.
Here are the reasons I wanted to try this:
1. I have already seen the benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and I have taken it in liquid form for years. But recently my schedule has gotten crazier and I’m out of the home more often. This has resulted in not getting my daily dose of ACV. I didn’t even know they sold it in capsule form until a friend told me about it. I was thrilled. I can now continue having it in my life, even when I can’t use the vinegar itself. I’m especially excited to be able to take it on trips when taking a liquid with you just isn’t possible.
2. Because of my lapse in using it, I have noticed the symptoms I used to experience have come back; acid reflux, achy joints, sluggishness in the morning, foggy brain, weight gain. So I was excited to try it and see if I could regain my health and get rid of the cause of these symptoms. I am not interested in taking something just for symptom relief. I want something that works to rid the cause. Those things sometimes take a while to see the benefits because they are healing and not covering.
3. I also was excited to see a combination of the ACV and cayenne. We use cayenne like crazy at our house. It works on and feeds the heart and promotes good circulation so it wakes you up in the morning instead of using a stimulant to force the body to waken. It also helps balance the circulation in the body which I need to help with tingling in arms and legs, especially at night.
So, what have I noticed in three days use? A miracle? No, but instead I have seen what I should be seeing; a gradual change each day toward my goal.
The first day, I didn’t notice much. I still had acid coming up my throat. The second day I noticed a little more energy. I finally felt like going out and tackling a physical project which I had been putting off because I didn’t feel that well. Day 3 is today and I am excited to report that I felt much less groggy this morning. I think that was because I slept better. I didn’t notice myself getting up to turn over due to sore joints as much. I didn’t have any tingling in my extremities either; no ‘sleeping’ hands or toes.
I’m experimenting with what time of the day to take it or if I should take it more than once a day. I’ll get back to you on that.
I’m hoping to have more good news to share in the next couple of weeks!

I was skeptical about trying these. First, I did try the liquid form, which made me gag. But, I decided I would give the pill version a shot. I didn’t want to acutally take 9 a day because that meant that the bottle would only last me 10 days. Instead, I took 2 a day with meals, (6 total daily) and decided to weigh myself after 2 weeks as I really didn’t have any major health effects from it. I was shocked to see that I had lost 6 lbs. I also have not added in any special diet or exercises yet. This has inspired me to buy 2 more bottles, up my dose to 9 pills a day, 3 with each meal and start exercising and eatling a little better to really work at my goal of losing another 40 lbs before my cruise in January. It works! Sometimes we all need that boost to tell us it is possible before we really exert the effort that we really need to. This was a good jumpoff point for me to motivate beginning a routine supported by a supplement.

This product helped me to keep me going throughout the day. The apple cider is part of a cleansing in your body, while the cayenne pepper is an excellent natural ingredient that has healing properties. You can not over dose on cayenne pepper. It may tingle the more of the dose you take but it will not harm you. Great product
