I really appreciated that the container was only as big as it needed to be! Anyone who uses protien poweder regularly knows that the containers can be ridiculously oversized, so this more compact container is wonderful. The poweder itself seemed to almost stick to itself so it didn’t cling to the scoop or my finger when I touched it and didn’t send poweder flying everywhere. The taste is great!!! A little on the sweet side for my preference, but would definitely help curb a sugar craving as it does hit that sweet note! I mixed mine (I got the chocolate truffle) with milk and it was silky smooth from start to finish without leaving much of an aftertaste. It is a little on the pricey side, but this has been my favorite protien powder that I’ve tried.
So to summarize:
PROS
– Tastes amazing
– Smooth texture
– Easy to drink
– Mixes nicely
– Appropriate size packaging
– Poweder doesn’t fly everywhere
CONS
– On the sweet side (personal taste)
– Higher price point
Overall I think it’s a great product and worth a try!

I like the taste of this protein powder albeit expensive for the amount you get. The taste is good I make a smoothie with it everyday. That’s why I decided to do suscribe and save, every little bit helps. I just got my first shipment from subscribe and save and low and behold you get 13.4 oz (15 servings) and my last order was 18.8 oz(21 servings). Same price if you just buy one without subscribe and save. Pretty shady of a company to just lower the servings you get and not the cost! This will be my last order to get me to the end of my pregnancy. I’ll find a less expensive one for nursing.

I only use half of a scoop because I find that the stevia taste is too strong/sweet. Otherwise, I think this blends nicely and is an easy way to add more protein to my diet.

I have been using this protein since I was 6 months pregnant and I am 8 months post partum now. It’s an amazing protein and product, tastes great, mixes well but most of all out of the months I’ve been using this product I have only ONE batch that seemed a little off. The taste was not correct and there were flakes in it not in other tubs so when I reached out they IMMEDIATELY sent a new one and were just so kind and helpful. I LOVE this company for many reason, women ran and owned, made by women for women and they have many amazing products, but love how quickly and kindly they handled a problem! They have a life long customer out of me for sure!!

This product is third party tested and contains 20 grams of protein. In addition, you have bovine collagen which has been shown by research to not only support your lactation needs but also aid in fat burning, restore hair loss, and support nail growth. Rarely have I seen a combination of both while also only consisting of 90 calories. The taste and mixing of the product is good in a smoothie.
The fact this product is third party tested is a huge plus and seems to be priced right. One thing that has always concerned me is the amount of heavy metals in protein products. Because protein is not regulated by the FDA, companies can have heavy metals in protein such as lead or arsenic. This is a huge concern for health reasons, and especially if you are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or nursing. If you don’t believe me, go on Labdoor’s website, a third party company that tests supplements. You will see the heavy metal constituents of each product, even those graded as an “A”. That is. Anecdotally, I have found that protein products third party tested (such as NSF certified) for heavy metals generally are more expensive (around 50 dollars or so for 20 servings).
I have also found that proteins that are cheaper also lack in ingredients. Such as whey protein being the second or third ingredient rather than the first. Or sugar being the second or third ingredient. For that reason, typically these products are high in caloric intake. The product may taste great, but it means it is more processed and consists of ingredients that are counterproductive to weight management goals. That being said, I have found proteins that have desirable healthy ingredient lists generally do not taste super great or do not mix well in a shaker bottle. This is like most foods that are healthy. They don’t taste like cake and maybe that’s for a good reason. If you mix this in a smoothie blender with some frozen strawberries, yogurt, and oats it not only helps with the taste but also supports postpartum recovery as well.

I really enjoy drinking this. It feels like a guilt free little treat. It’s not chalky, I like the consistency. Would buy again.

The only thing you taste is sugar (stevia). It’s unbearably sweet and of course can’t return. Bummer.
