I use this at the first site of a runny or stuffy nose. Is natural leaf extract is almost tasteless and mixes perfectly and my protein shakes. It’s super easy to use and measure. The glass Val comes in is beautiful And also has a dropper attached to the lid that is been attached to a glass measuring stem.
