I’ve tried multiple flavors and this one is the one I recommend. Best tasting electrolytes brand out there. Good enough for me to actually subscribed to and helps with my cramps and energy levels. Dissolves very well with water, I have not mixed it with anything else so far.
My only issue is sometimes the packs are flipped upside down which makes it hard to open.

I like most of the flavors OK, except the melon but that might just be me. Some are just sort of meh, but none of them taste actually bad. They’re better tasting than Nuun by far IMO. The salted caramel one is a bit odd tasting. Not bad, just odd. They dissolve quickly and easily. The chocolate one sometimes settles a bit and needs re-shaken. Good ingredient list without artificial sweeteners which don’t get along with my digestive system. The higher amounts of key electrolytes definitely make this more effective than most (all?) of the brands you find in the store. I noticed a big, big difference on my sweaty summer hikes. The price may seem high compared to store brands, but when I compared the quantity of sodium to inexpensive Propel packets, each serving of SALTT is equivalent to 4-5 Propel, so it’s as good or better value since you don’t need as many. The price also compares favorably (at this time) to other brands with similar amounts of electrolytes per packet, coming in a bit cheaper than LMNT. I have re-ordered and plan to stick with this brand.

I have gotten a few different varieties of the Saltt electrolyte packets in the past and I really like most of them. Some flavors in here – citrus & melon – are shockingly bad and overpowering. I find the Booyah Berry to be the best in taste in this variety pack. IMO you need to double the recommended water amount to lessen the severe sweetness. I won’t be buying this variety pack again. Will stick with unflavored or berry in the future.

I recently got turned onto LMNT by my doctor and liked most of the flavors but not so much the price. I saw that this was an affordable competitor with mixed reviews but figured I’d give it a shot. Many reviews mention an issue with dissolving and clumping. I have not had issues with the product dissolving once in the liquid, but getting it in there is often difficult asevery single packet I received has been clumped up. The other comments were about flavor. Let me preface my comments with the fact that I drink a lot of water. With the exception of the orange flavor, none of the others taste anything like their names. The mango tastes like unripe mango and the others are not much better. Compares to LMNT there is no competition in flavor. I personally like that the flavors are not good, because I refuse to not use what I have purchased and it forces me to drink much slower throughout the day. This is the only positive I can think of. Once this package is gone I don’t plan to buy either but will be making my own up in bulk so I can control the flavor and consistency.

I feel like I might have tried the majority of hydration powders available. It’s difficult to find a low sugar option that still tastes good. So many of my friends use Liquid IV and are clueless about the amount of sugar they are consuming. This product is salty for sure but I love it. Adding salt to my life has significantly improved my health as a middle age woman. I’ve finally found an electrolyte mix that checks all the boxes. The flavors are great and I enjoy mixing the cocoa flavored into hot water in the evening. Tip: I don’t love intense flavors so I divide one packet between to large bottles of water.

Have been an LMNT consumer for about 2 years and saw these so figured I’d give them a shot as they were cheaper and more flavors. NOT a good substitute. The powder is very fine but to the point it is hard to get it all out of the packet. The many flavors have me hope that I would find a few I really liked but this was not the case. The taste of all the fruit flavors was foul. The caramel was pretty good in my coffee but I’m not hard to please when it comes to coffee. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap electrolyte packet and don’t care if it’s difficult to drink this is perfect for you. Otherwise stick to LMNT, they are the best no sugar electrolytes I’ve found so far.

I work out every day, and have tried many post workout recovery supplements. So many have added sugar and other junk that I don’t want. I love all the added vitamins and minerals in this one, I am magnesium deficient, and love they added that!
I bought the variety pack and the flavors are okay, a bit salty for my taste, but not bad. I like some flavors better than others, and if I add them to some of my other supplement powder, they add a nice fruity zing. They are definitely less expensive that many other products, and give you better ingredients, win/win!

I like the Keto Chow drops/electrolytes. I bought the variety pack (go with the small sized variety pack, I didn’t see that one so I wasted 34.00 vs 15.00) and have only had the fruit ones so far and they all kind of taste the same…if sadness and sweat socks was a flavor it would taste like these. The orange and citrus are especially gross, had to throw both out. Not really sure how well the electrolytes work either. I switched up to a different brand today and noticed the difference, granted it was a liquid product. People have mentioned that it doesn’t mix well, and they are right IF you do it in cold water it won’t mix well. Use room temp or warmer and it is fine, then refrigerate it. If you don’t, you will be drinking “sand” at the end. I am a bit scared to try the chocolate and the caramel. May try them in coffee and see if they are ok. Save your money, buy their liquid drops and put those in your own drinks that don’t taste foul.
