This bottle of Nature’s Truth Electrolyte gummies is great for hydration on the go. The lemon flavor is great and the hydration benefits are great. My husband likes to take these gummies on his runs. He runs on trails that water fountains every so often. Usually, he just drinks from these fountains while doing his long-distance runs. However, he has stated that these gummies are so easy to put in his pocket and to pop them and then drink water from the foundation. He feels so much more hydrated than just using water and the convenience of them being a small gummy makes them easy to carry without weighing him down during his runs.

If this is an electrolyte gummy then where is the sodium? It doesn’t list any sodium. I’m kind of confused what the purpose of the gummy is without sodium and I feel silly in neglecting to insure sodium was in this. It has glucose and potassium. But sodium is the main thing you need for workouts, so I’m not sure what all this really does. You also have to take 3 gummies to get the amounts listed on the bottle.
The flavor tastes fine. I really appreciate that there is no stevia. However, I just don’t understand the very low amount of contents for 3 gummies. It really seems like a pointless supplement. The current price is $12.99. I guess if you are not allowed to consume any more sodium in your diet, then this would be a good electrolyte supplement for you. Although I would think that means you should be controlling your sugar too. Just confused who the demographic is on this product.
This is not a good sports electrolyte or rehydration electrolyte.

I was nervous buying these because there weren’t any reviews but I do OMAD (one meal a day) and other periods of fasting and these rock. These are a nice blend of sugary, salty, and lemony. I hope they keep selling these!

These pretty much taste like sweet and chewy gummy candies that are non-gmo, vegan, and have some potassium and calcium mixed in. They aren’t inherently unique by any means but they’re special in regards to having a good taste tot hem.
There isn’t a whole lot in a bottle but if you’re looking for a small pick me up and are sick of your traditional non tasty varieties pills, this could be a good alternative as it has a little bit more of a friendly taste to it. I would say for something like sporting events or on the go to keep you hydrated would be good too but overall these aren’t really bad, rather just a good alternative to other stuff.

If you like lemon and need an electrolyte boost, but these. These really help me. I have an electrolyte deficiency and get headaches if I don’t take supplements. These make it so easy!
