Let me start off by saying, I love supplements and have NEVER had any issues taking any supplements before this. I took this product for 6 days, for those 6 days I had stomach pains immediately afterwards, eventually the pain would ease up, by the 6th day I had 2 days of extreme stomach pains. I have been off the product for 2 days now, and I am finally starting to feel better. I also broke out in acne and my skin became worse. I wish I could get my money back!!

I was skeptical about this helping because I’ve used several different types of supplements with little help. Let’s be honest I didn’t want to spend the money so I was looking for cheaper alternatives. But with nothing else really helping l, I finally purchased it. For me, this has given me so much help. I feel good during the day and my mood and energy level is so much better. It took a couple of weeks for me to really see how much these help. I have also noticed too that if I forget to take it I can tell a difference within a couple hours and I know it’s because I forgot it. I’m on my second box now and just love the way I feel!

This supplement is amazing! I have stopped taking my regular multivitamin and other supplements. They all had artificial ingredients which was causing me to have hot flashes more often. My menopause symptoms are minimal and are almost non existent after taking these supplements for approximately 2 weeks.

I tried the regular Serovital for the first time a while back. I had a hard time with the 4 hour window and I wasn’t really noticing a difference so I stopped taking it. Then last month I found the leftover pills and decided to take them correctly this time. Virtually the next day I had more energy and my appetite was less. I ordered another month of Serovital and this time I got the maximum strength with the 2 morning pills and now I’ve just ordered another month. I know I’ve lost a few pounds and I will continue to lose the 10 lbs I’ve been trying to lose for over a year. It’s a slow process but since I’ve been feeling so good, I don’t mind. My cravings are less and I feel full sooner so I’m eating less. It’s working for me.

I have been taking this product for three months. I take it as directed with no food besides water two hours prior and two hours after taking the supplements. I have seen no change in my skin my hair my mood my weight etc.
The red and white pills can be taken in the morning with food and they are the weight loss component. I have to say that I have changed my diet and I am counting calories but I think the few pounds I’ve lost Are due to that and my daily walks and workouts and not to the supplements.
Overall I have to say I am extremely extremely disappointed. The commercial says “want to look decades younger not years decades “I’m 51 well I didn’t expect to look 30 years old I did expect – and certainly for the high cost – to see results after three months which I have not.
I feel foolish for purchasing because honestly the before and after photos in the commercials or in any online promotion for this product the people don’t look decades younger in fact they don’t look younger at all perhaps they seem just more energized, and even that may be due to a cup of coffee. I believe you can skip this one.
