tastes very good. dilute it a little more than the package says bc it can be strong. i got this for leg cramps because im not losing sweat as much as i am just exercising more than usual due to living in a city. no cramps after drinking this. way more cost effective than buying the bottles.

This is incredibly sweet! And I mixed a packet with about 20oz of water. The taste isn’t bad, but sooo sweet—maybe great for kids, but as an adult, too sweet for me…

These are a great option for keeping hydrated when doing sweat-inducing activities, such as cardio, weight lifting, or being outside during summer. For my daily cardio, I start with 24 oz of water, dump the powder from the pre-measured tube, and shake. Once I drink about half, I like to add more water to top it off. Impressively, the taste doesn’t start to fade (unless I do this 2-3 times).
Cherry Limeade is probably my favorite flavor of thing to add to water, or just sweet beverage in general. I’m roughly two minutes into daily use of these little powder packets, and am completely satisfied. GHOST also makes a cherry limeade energy drink for which I definitely have a recurring subscription.

I have bought just about every flavor Ghost offers, including the ones in the tubs. I just picked up the new Ocean water as well when I reordered. All of these taste great, and are more or less the same flavor as the sour patch kids/etc. It’s hard to tell the difference. After months of drinking the Cherry Limeade flavor, I did start to associate it with cherry cough syrup, but it is an artificial flavor, soooo… Still drinkable, but now that’s what it makes me think of whenever I use that flavor. YMMV. I find that, using a 1qt bottle I am able to use about half of the packet per bottle and it’s more than flavorful enough, and I personally find a whole packet for the same to be overwhelmingly strong. I also end up extremely thirsty if I guzzle a whole packet, so I usually use one packet per day to flavor two bottles of water (Don’t tell Ghost! wouldn’t want them to shrink the serving size!), and it stretches a while as a result. It took me almost 4 months to reorder, I was able to make to make three bags last that long.
These are my go to when I’ve been out cooking in the wet blanket that is the Florida summer, and my chubby Coloradan self is dying of heatstroke. There’s been more than one occasion that slamming a packet of this with two quarts of cold water has brought me back from being dehydrated and developing that heat casualty headache. Since it drives my thirst a bit harder too, I usually end up drinking even more water in addition. Awesome stuff!
Definitely easy to overdo it with though. I would NOT recommend using these to just flavor your water if you’re looking to do just that, there are other flavor options out there that won’t throw your electrolytes out of balance. This is a sodium/potassium/electrolyte supplement and you CAN overdo it. If I use more than one a day, I find there’s a noticeable increase in my Blood pressure. Use responsibly, otherwise you could very well end up hypernatremic, which isn’t good for you either.

I purchased these for my husband because he works outside in the Florida heat every day as a lineman. He has loved sonic’s ocean water so I took a chance he would like these as well. I keep several flavors on hand and this is one of his favorites. He asked me last night to order more so he doesn’t run out. It tastes great and helps keep him hydrated.

I really love the product and the flavor but the only reason I took one star off is because it’s taste is very strong and I have to add additional water to cut that strong flavor. But otherwise, it tastes great.

I’ve been using it for about two weeks. Taste delicious. I’ve noticed it does keep me hydrated, I got the pump Drink it throughout my workout. Good product.
