This was a protein powder I’ve been wanting to try for a while, price is a bit higher than usual tho.
As said the marshmallow flavors delivers the best flavor I’ve ever tried, tried it with milk and it was so much different than other proteins, as of chalkiness or leftover there wasn’t any left in it.

I cannot say enough how much I love this protein powder – and I have tried a LOT of them. This is hands down my favorite on the market. I have so many of their flavors and have reordered a number of time. It tastes great, it mixes well (in both milk and water) and the protein keeps me satiated all morning!

I mix protien powder with greek yogurt to eat almost everyday. This is the first one that I did not need to add a sweetener to be able to cut some of the tang of the yogurt. The flavor is incredible and really tastes like a blueberry muffin. The little blueberry pieces are also a nice treat as the sweet crunch is reminiscent of the top of actual muffin. Would highly recommend and plan on making this my everyday protein powder for the foreseeable future.

My son loves it! He says there is no after taste. However, I’m not crazy about the ingredients. You can find cleaner protein out there. There’s apparent a cancer causing chemical in the container or ingredients too. There’s a disclaimer when you purchase. It’s pretty hard to find clean protein. The price is not great but decent. No issues with blending and dissolving. I can taste the fake ingredients so I have no interest in using this. The boy needs his protein and unfortunately this is one of the few he’ll drink. Read the ingredient list!

I ordered the vanilla peanut butter flavor. It tastes pretty good and though it has sucralose, I don’t get that fake flavor. It tastes sugary. However, there is an aftertaste. Somewhat like a subtle sulphuric aftertaste? I get a feeling of fullness immediately after drinking, but it doesn’t last for hours. Have only had it a week and have been using it mainly as an aid in dieting.

I’ve mostly tried many flavors of protein powders but mostly by Optimum Nutrition (my favorite is cookies & cream) and I don’t really branch out
I was intrigued by Ryse with its included MCTs (for added satiety) and the partnership with Skippy (I love PB and no proteins do it well). Well I had my first scoop with milk and was blown away – it reminded me of a peanut butter cup blizzard by Dairy Queen. It tasted pretty much as good with water surprisingly; they really knocked the peanut butter taste out of the water with this partnership.
Rich, peanut butter and perfectly sweet (for me, I err on the side of sweeter). Highly recommend and this will be my primary protein moving forward – thanks, Ryse!

He tomado varias proteínas pero está sabe mal. No lo voy a comprar de nuevo.
Después de tomar la 2 veces con leche para mejorar el sabor ya no me gusta el sabor de esta proteína.
Supongamos es una marca bien. Eso no lo sé pero no me gusta.

I will start by saying I pretty much hate protein powder, but it’s a necessary evil for me to get enough protein in my diet. Point being, I’ve tried pretty much everything. So this was my first time trying Ryse and I choose the marshmallow flavor, thinking it would mix in well with everything I use to cover the flavor. After reading the reviews though, I had to try it with just water the first time, just to see why people were saying it’s so great. And I get it now. It’s not chalky, it mixes well in water or any other liquid, and, what really surprised me, it actually tastes like marshmallows. I don’t know how they did it, but now I want all the other flavors, too. It’s so good, and one scoop keeps me full all morning.
