I love these because they work so well. Once you start taking these you have to figure out your magic number for the best movement (bowel movement that is). My magic number is 4. No cramping, no upset stomach just take them before bed and once you wake up and start moving around, it’s showtime! Drink plenty of water with them so that you can get the best results and that’s it. The recommeded 64 oz of water per day is enough. You don’t have to drink a gallon of water for it to work. I am using a different brand called Tummy Focus (only because the lady I follow promoted Mag07 in the past but now has her own line of supplements so I thought hers would be just as good or better.) and I cant wait to finish them so I can order so more Mag07 because it’s way better! (Yes, I’m using them because I don’t like to waste my money).

EDIT: I decided to give this another shot and not was that a bad idea. I took the 3 pills, and the next day saw less results, and followed it up again the next night. Again little results, and seemed like I wasn’t going more than norm, only now it was completely liquid when I did. I took again and woke up feeling really nauseous and cramping. This lasted all day with only one bowel movement. Come evening the cramping was still present and I was so nauseous. I had a date and was barely able to make it through. I did not take the pills that night as the cramping and nausea was so bad I had to lay in bed and just ended up trying to sleep it off at a brisk 8pm… The following morning I needed to go immediately upon waking, and noticed the nausea subsided, but the cramping had returned and felt like the pain radiated from my stomach to back, and was extremely painful. All the days plans had to be canceled, and took another 24 hours to feel better.
I bought after reading the many good reviews, and having suffered from a week and a half of really bad constipation I was really hoping this would help me clear out what wasn’t coming out naturally.
I followed the instructions of taking at night. The following morning I first awoke to pee — I drank a lot of water the night before to hopefully get the best results, but when I tried to go back to bed after peeing, I started having really intense stomach cramps, and had a sudden urge to go. The overall experience was a bit disappointing, as I was expecting to go a lot with no pain as mentioned — however, there wasn’t much more than usual, only this time it was liquid and burned. This routine of cramping and liquid burning followed about 3-4 times throughout the day. Luckily every trip was pretty quick, as I was scared of being trapped in the bathroom, and also able to be held in until I used a bathroom which was also another concern.
Overall the level of cramping all day followed by small movements makes me rethink completing the full 10 days.

Was looking at buying Health Plus colon cleanse as I was in need of a new container of the powder as it works great but I then I came across Mag07 and there were just so many positive reviews I decided I’d give it a try. Mind you, I was starting to get regular bowel movements with the Health Plus and things were moving along rather nicely until I changed gears and went with the Mag07. HUGE MISTAKE. The bloating and cramping came back and I was worse off than before buying this junk. The first night I took the 3 tablets on an empty stomach as direction indicated and during the night my stomach churned and sizzled and seemed like this stuff was really doing its job as those sounds tell me things are moving and should be headed in the right direction. But when I woke up in the morning the sounds were gone and all I had was bloating. Ok, so its taking time. Now late in to the second day and through bedtime NOTHING! Okay, night two, I take 4 capsules before bed only now there is no churning or sizzling just dead quiet and bloating. Now I wake up on Day 3 and nothing. No urge for a bowel movemnet, no gas…NOTHING. But alas, as the day wears on is this the moment in time where I will have a real bowel movement. I make my way to the toilet waiting for a my first great movement and what I get is bits of a bowel movement like tiny shards of crap and boat loads of water. This happens later at night as well. End of Day 3 at beditme I take 5 capsules. No churning or sizzling dead quiet wake up Day 4 . NOTHING. Day 4 at bedtime take 5 capsules and no churning or sizzling nothing but bloating. Wake up Day 5 have another worthless bowel movement that is 95% water 5% shards of crap. This product is worthless!
