This is my life saver. Whether I’m dying as I get older the morning g have a glass of wine (or multiple) or even just feel gross from not eating well – I just pop one of these into a water bottle or a tall glass of water, mix it up, and I feel like life has been given back to me. The best thing is, these are small so you can put a few in your purse (for those unexpected nights out) and bring them with you when you travel.
