This product works wonders. I have been sniffing about 3 lines before each workout. Increased stamina and length, my BWC now hangs to below my knee. I have to duct tape it to my leg to avoid uncomfortable situations in public situations.

Okay, so I have been a fan of Cellucor for a while now, having used their Super HD (capsules, hated the powder!) and their CLK. There was a time where I literally thought I could not live without the HD, not just for the energy, but I also felt like it helped me lose the 95lbs that I lost. Unfortunately, the price has gone up so much that I did have to figure out how to live without it…lol, but no matter.
I have never bought into the idea of a “pre-workout”, I guess mostly because the Super HD was always my “pre-workout”. So many of them were just too strong, were too darn sweet that I could not tolerate them, contain creatine, and just couldn’t be combined with other products. Mind you, I don’t exactly combine this product with others, but I do take it about 2 – 4 hours after my last supplement, depending on how I feel.
Holy cow, when I saw this product had no creatine, I had to try it to see if all the reviews were legit! I do love the energy generated from creatine – I won’t lie – but I despise the fact that it makes me hold water. I don’t care what anyone says – creatine DOES make you hold water – this is its entire purpose!! (It literally sequesters water into the muscle!!). It takes me about 5 days to get rid of that water weight once I stop taking any product with creatine. Argh. So, a product like this C4 is perfect.
The ingredient list is impressive and I like that it only has 150mg of caffeine – and it’s NOT too sweet. It is the perfect level of sweetness for me. I am not crazy about the fact that it has a fair amount of beta alanine in it because that can get converted into glucose when I want ketones, but hey, who’s complaining?! I add a scoop to 8oz of water (to ensure it’s not too sweet), and begin drinking it about 20 minutes before I walk out the door to go play racquetball (because I usually play on a completely empty stomach). I drink about half or 2/3 of my drink prior to the game. About 15 minutes or so into the game, I drink what’s left. I LOVE how the energy is smooth and I feel like I could have energy for hours. My game is crazy when I take it, especially with the music…I end up dancing and jumping everywhere, and literally, there isn’t a shot I miss during the game. I could literally be mistaken for a pro!! haha
I can’t say I am sold on other “pre-workouts” because I only took samples from other companies, but they were too overwhelming, and I couldn’t even work out once I took some of them, which I think is the point of the “pre-workout”! (And a couple of them were just downright nasty!) I literally don’t get tired during the racquetball game, and I am not tired afterwards either. It’s an amazing energy booster (it even has a little macuna pruriens, I noticed) without the water weight gain!! Love it!!!

This very helpful as an energy boost and thermogenic as it states and it tastes okay. The ultra with creatine is the one I use currently and I think I like that one better except for the taste. Be aware, this will make your skin itch and or burn slightly for a little while. It was said which ingredient commonly causes this, but I don’t remember. It is a very effective product!
