Best product and flavor for BCAA powder. I frequently fill a gallon jug with 1 heaping scoop of this stuff and it makes the water taste great! Can’t go wrong with MP brand either. Good product.

I bought this product to reduce muscle soreness after workouts. I am amazed at how well it works! I drink one serving before a workout and one after. I have only experienced mild soreness the day after and none on day 2. That makes working out day 2 totally doable! I got the fruit punch flavor. It tastes just like any kid’s fruit punch flavored drink. The directions say to mix one scoop (scooper included) with 8-12 oz of water. I tried 8 at first but it was really sweet for me. I eventually ended up using 12 oz of water, which is perfect for me. The powder is very fine and mixes easily. I use a Blender Bottle and never experience any undisolved powder.

I’ve purchased this product about 3 or 4 times now. The first few times the taste wasn’t bad it was fairly good but the one I just got tastes awful. Its just a bad flavor and the packaging says it isn’t expired. So for people purchasing this just know that you may get a good tasting batch but you also might get one that tastes like ass. I dont drink it for the taste so it’s whatever to me but I know some folks aren’t going to be happy if they get a bad batch. Other than that this product is good which is why I gave it 3 stars since its a roll of dice if the flavor is on point or if its bitter like an ipa almost lol

This stuff works great. It also tastes good, highly recommend the Blue Raspberry flavor. Makes your drink taste like Blow Pop bubble gum lol. It also works great as well, I currently drink it post-workout, since pre-workout I was finishing up my Apex MAX BCAA pills. I actually love that product as well, but unfortunately it seems it was discontinued for whatever reason or is on back order. Anyway, Muscle Pharm’s BCAA 3:1:2 has just the right amount of BCAAs and definitely helps with curving my muscle fatigue on really heavy workout days or even double workout days. Before incorporating BCAAs as a stand-alone supplement, it would take up to a week for my muscles to heal up, and sometimes it still wouldn’t be fully healed, now everything heals up in about 24-48hrs which is great for if you train certain muscle groups twice a week or more such as legs. The canisters are little, but it comes with a LOT in there (for me, anyway). The scooper is really tiny and it instructs you to take 2 scoops, so it’s not as bad as I thought it would be.
I’d recommend this in the Blue Raspberry flavor, as it’s the only flavor I’ve tried so far. I do plan to try other flavors of this stuff later on. Also, the price here is great. It’s about the same price at BodyBuilding.com, but they do charge you for shipping over there, whereas if you have Prime, it’s the same price but you don’t need to worry about the shipping costs. Big plus.

I’ve never seen a blue raspberry before but I have had my share of ice-pops and kool-aid growing up and I can say confidently this product tastes similar. It’s more sweet than tart with no discernible aftertaste the color is a very pale blue. The only other BCAA I’ve used was a leading competitors “energy” formula (with caffeine) which gave me a noticeable boost in the morning whereas this one is just BCAA so you don’t get that caffeine kick. I don’t own or have access to a lab so I can’t say if the content is spot on but I have to trust the labeling and say it contains the supplements it says it does.

The product is really good. It’s great for intra-workout. I drink it in between workout. And the results are amazing. It gives me strength and fast recovery. It boosts my workout. But, do know that it’s not a miracle drink. Of course, the product helps me, but the effort is for you and me.
