These little tablets are not only tasty, but I have noticed a difference in my overall performance. I take 4 right before I go to CrossFit and it feels like I have more strength and endurance. I’m not sure if this is just a placebo effect but it works for me. I’ve been taking them for 4 months now, and I continue to get stronger.

I am a regular at taking creatine to help with muscle building and endurance. I highly recc if you weight lift and have not started already, BUT this review is not about Creatine the supplement in general is it??
This product is amazing and I am so happy it exists. I was so TIRED of my creatine in powder form ( will not name other brands ) staying at the bottom of my glass. I dreaded drinking that grainy white end of cup devil stuff. I honestly would just stop drinking that and probably lost out on at least a gram that I could have been ingesting. I looked for other solutions and even tried to dissolve the powder form in warmer water??? but no one wants to drink WARM pre-workout with their creatine. Anyways, this product saved my long lasting problem.
Taste and Texture: Its actually not bad. It is grainy when chewing, but its a supplement so its not like you are expecting a chocolate bar and yes it is tolerable. My boyfriend looks forward to eating them, and I honestly just have it apart of my routine in the AM and could not care less.
Convenience: I am always in a hurry, and I love how I can just grab some and go. I don’t need to dissolve them in liquid or have to worry about bringing a drink with me.
Amount? : You get quite a few for what you pay for. The serving size suggest eating 4 a DAY, but that is if you want to take 5 grams. 5 grams is a lot of creatine unless you’re loading. Normal dose is between 2-3.5, so I take two (I weigh 160, box and weight-lift) and my boyfriend who is bigger (around 210 and weight-lifts) takes three.
If you are tired of drinking the end of cup disgusting non dissolvable creatine powder, I would definitely recommend getting this.

I travel a lot and this is by far the most convenient way to keep up my creatine supplementation. In fact, it is now my only form of creatine. I got the lime flavor; it’s tasty enough. It is a little chalky but nothing a little water after won’t help with. Lots of water is good when taking creatine.

These are not the best flavor in the world but they are not bad at all, they are creatine chews after all. I am willing to pay extra for the convenience of not having to mix up a drink every time with powder, time is money and this saves time. Results are just fine for me but I’m not a body builder, just regular lifting with normal weights and I can definitely tell a difference when I am not taking this, that is my gauge for effectiveness anyways. I would recommend just not for saving money.

im extremely satisfied with this product. my recovery time between workouts is unreal. if i can get back rested from a set and be ready to workout again then im all for it. i made a major change to my diet, cleaning it up and am currently in the process of playing with my macros. im curling an olympic bar for 15-20 reps and the same with shoulder presses something i always strugled with. i look forward to the weight i add next week and over the upciing autumn and winter seasons with the addition of this product form animal thank you. i havent had any type of issues otherwise, im not able to consume many products but ive had positive everything from here.

Das Wichtigste: es tut was es soll, hilft die Muskel zu regenerieren und erhöht die Lesitung spürpar/messbar.
Geschmack: naja, ich weiß nicht, was die Leute erwartet haben, die behaupten, dass es nicht gut schmeckt. Richtig, es schmeckt nicht wie Süßigkeiten, aber ich denke das ist nicht das Wichtigste Merkmal von nem Creatine-Supplement. Trotzdem, ich finde den Geschmack inzischen echt gut (ich habe den Green Apple gekauft), schmeckt ein “bisschen” wie saure Gummibärchen.
Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut.
Ich werde das Zeug wieder kaufen.

Product is great BUT choose your flavor wisey. Fruit punch was great so we thought we’d try another. Pomberry was disgusting! Sour chemical flavor disgusting. Haven’t been brave enough to try another flavor.
