The more bioavailable forms for NAD+, CoQ10, & Resveratrol are Nicotinamide riboside (NR), & Ubiquinol, & trans-Resveratrol. The dosage for Urolithin A and PQQ are good and should have a positive effect on mitochondrial health.
I’m taking this supplement for its potential mitochondrial health benefits. By enhancing your mitochondrial health you may see improved endurance and muscle strength. I have been taking Urolithin A and PQQ for several months. They make a difference, not huge, but noticeable. How effective the Totaria supplement at maintaining those results remains to be seen.
I requested a copy of the Certificate of Analysis (cOA) and proof of 3rd party testing for the Totaria Urolithin A combo supplement. Rec’d COA 2 weeks later on 9/4 verifying that it passed quality control testing. The lot# matches that stamped on the bottom of the box.

This is a good mix of anti-aging and potentially energy-improving supplements, cost effective if you are going to take them all. Since they are packaged as a 60-day supply, you will have enough to start to feel a difference, if there are going to.
These are smaller gel-caps that I found easy to swallow; remember to take with at least a cup of water, as with all medications. I appreciate that is made in America. I’ve looked at the website, which doesn’t have a lot of extra information, but at least exists. I note another reviewer was able to obtain documentation, also reassuring regarding quality.
After 4 weeks, I can’t say I feel much different, but I’ll continue the full 2 months. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what a supplement is doing until after you don’t have it anymore.

Recently started using NAD supplements and have been using CoQ-10 for years in my regimen. Had wanted to try Resveratrol after hearing some great stuff about it on a podcast. This bottle came sealed, no busted capsules, weird smells or tastes. Made in the USA so that was a plus in my book. Easy to swallow size. Quality seems good on these and I’m hopeful this combination will be an improvement over just taking a couple of the individual ones previously. The 5-in-1 is a nice combination and hoping this does in fact assist with heart/energy etc.

These are a quality mixture of nutrients that promote heart health, metabolism, energy, and provides a boost in terms of antioxidants. I believe that these are quality made, and thankfully they are made in the US which is something I’m happy about. I’ll typically always support domestic business.
As for function, I believe that they are working well and doing their intended job. I will have to keep taking them to get a complete idea of efficacy.
These are not overly large and are easy to swallow with a nice amount of water. Considering the amount of soft gels that you receive, I feel that these are well worth the investment as long as you are going to be taking them all. As with any supplement though, you should research and consult your preferred source of Healthcare information before taking any new supplements.

I just started taking these so I can’t speak to their effectiveness, but I had a hard time swallowing the first one. Since then I just chew them a little to break the shell apart. The good news is that the gel inside doesn’t taste bad, kind of tasteless actually, so I don’t mind chewing them to swallow.
