Updated: They now use Potassium Iodide for Iodine, instead of kelp; Bisglycinate forms of many minerals (mostly the same I think); and Calcium is now from Aquamin Red Algae!. Not a bad reformulation.
I was very concerned at first that the red algae was from the Pacific, because of radiation, but it seems to be harvested in few spots, and Ireland is a major place for this. I had no idea where the kelp was from and I’m glad it’s out. I don’t want any form of untested Pacific product leaking into my supplements. Until they start admitting what is going on and doing actual testing that matters it will stay that way.
No iron here, which is nice for people that get enough, and a perfect array of the main minerals you need in appropriate doses. Serving size is now more decent than it was a year ago, coming in at 2 doses per day. The amounts are the same still, but they also did take out Vanadium.
I don’t really buy more expensive brands because this does the job efficiently and in the proper way. The new calcium complex is very nice to have in here as well because it comes from more natural resources. Important because it is such a huge part of the deal.

Yep, research will first tell you that supplements are good, and then supplements are bad, they will make you live longer or they will kill you, so go figure, I reckon that anything in moderation isn’t going to be too bad. I started taking these because, for working out, I wanted to add more Magnesium to my diet (which isn’t always the best), and a friend turned me onto these. I can’t, in all honesty, write a review saying that these have changed my life, and they are amazing, but my workouts are going well, I feel good, and I’m pretty sure that some of these minerals are things I probably wasn’t getting enough of. You make your own decisions on these things, and I’m happy with mine.

I take this after sports events when I have probably sweated out a lot of electrolytes.

Taking a food supplement is a long term investment in good health; we don’t expect immediate results but believe in the principle of food supplements and are willing to make the speculative investment required on a longer term basis. Right now our general supplement regimen seems to have worked as we both look and feel younger than our age. We have been taking food supplements for over 60 years and have no plans to stop any time soon.
Full spectrum mineral caps have become harder to find so we were pleased to find these; so far they seem to do the job as we’ve noticed no change in our generally good health since we started them. Both my wife and I are convinced of the value of good supplements and will continue to order these as long as they are available. We do add Boron to our supplements since that is not included in these caps.

I bought these a while back and only started taking them regularly recently. My joints had been aching for the last 10 years when I did bench press and squats and also some other exercises until I warmed up. I took these for a month and then started bench pressing again and was surprised and noticed while doing the first set that I had no joint pain. I have lifted over the last few weeks and noticed that the pain has not returned and also that I have been sleeping better – I guess its the magnesium. I take two a day and so far this has been a great supplement. Not sure if everyone will have the same results but so far they worked for relieving aching joints for me.

I will not down rate this product for lack of iron because it is clearly identified as a non-iron, well it is in the product description. It is not so easy to read on the bottle , so had I bought this in a store I might complain.
Supplement Facts state serving size is 2. I disagree. I purchased this primarily for magnesium and zinc, and it provides only 125 mg of magnesium 3,75 mg zinc. To get as much magnesium in this supplement as from my previous supplement, I would need to take four of these capsules, vs two of the previous supplement, and four of these are cheaper than two pf the others.
I conider three to be adeuate. This provides 90% RDA of magnesium, 104% RDA of zinc, and 112.5 RDA of iodine.
