المنتج جيد والشركة معروفة، لاكن التوصيل اليوم تم بدون اعلامي مسبقا وتم ترك المنتج خارج المنزل تحت اشعة الشمس المباشرة.المنتج عبارة عن فيتامينات.اعتقد اني لا استطيع تناول المنتج بسبب تأثرة بالحرارة!!!

i’ve taken this for an entire month consistently. it’s the only multivitamin that i can feel a difference from. it’s improved the problems i sought solutions for: my mood, energy levels, pms symptoms, and attention span/focus. the smell is rancid but i will happily hold my breath in exchange of the benefits. i haven’t had any negative side effects.

I have taken countless vitamins and various brands over the past decade. These are by far my favorite and I have now reordered several times. I have noticed no afternoon crash when working as I have always experienced usually when I’m working. I will continue to use. The only downside as other had mentioned was the smell. It hit me like a ton of bricks the first time I opened the packaged. Even my dogs ran over. I’ve never had smelly vitamins previously. But other than that, these are great and I will continue to take.

Overall vitamin/nutrient content is fantastic. I only take 1/day to supplement with a balanced diet. As others have stated, these smell horrible.
Biggest drawback – they are very rough on your stomach. I have an iron stomach, where nothing really makes me sick (switching alcohols, spicy foods, dairy, etc.). Even though I’m only taking 1/day and with food, I still get a solid 15 minute spurt of pure nausea to the point where if I didn’t drink enough water or eat enough with it, I start to feel like I will throw up. A few times where I’ve taken two just exacerbates the feeling. Be sure to eat something solid and drink plenty of water before taking these. A single yogurt cup is not enough, and drinking mostly coffee without water will only make it worse.
This sounds like a mostly negative review despite the 4 stars, but the vitamin overall is doing its job! My intention is to share my experience/trade-off going with these highly rated vitamins before spending the money.

This is honestly the best, most bioavailable, best comprehensive, honestly affordable, multivitamin; and being in 2/day form is a gigantic plus – provides total 24hr coverage. As you get deeper into the science and varying-efficiency of vitamins/minerals, you will see all bases covered and all negatives withdrawn in this multivitamin. Perfection product.
Other reviewers have decided to hive mind “ill smell + ill taste”. Thus are showing no experience w/ root, bud supplementation and no understanding of vitamin variation w/ highest bioavailability. These have a taste of raw, organic, bitter. This taste is synonymous to roots used in traditional medicine. I’m not accustomed to that being a bad taste but a useful one. I think others were subdesiring this to have sugar or aspartame. We should be glad it doesn’t – glad it doesn’t taste sweet.

I purchased these through recommendation from a friend, i started taking them 1 every other day so i could get used to them. i did that for a week, then i bumped it to 1 every day. i did that for 2 weeks, on week two i started having bad GI symptoms. i am a nurse and lets say it isn’t easy to be off the floor as much as i was while on these vitamins…. im only writing this review because i didnt care that they smelled (because yes they did) they did leave a nasty taste and caused burping( also nasty tasting) but the number one reason i stopped was the anxiety it caused. i never made it to taking 2 pills a day for this reason, just sitting down folding cloths on my days off my heart rate was 110, multiple blood tests and EKG’s later (all fine). i stopped taking these vitamins and i was back to my normal self…no palpitations, no insomnia, no waking up in the middle of the night feeling like i ran a marathon. im not sure what is in this vitamin that gave me soo much anxiety like symptoms but ive taken other brands in the past and this never has happened to me before. for reference i did take the 1 pill at lunch time with a meal and i drink half gal of water a day minimum. i hope this helps someone.
