Wowwwww I love this stuff. I’ve had it a month now and my nails and hair are growing A LOT and STRONG, my skin is also looking great, smooth and bright. I love the flavour and look forward to drinking it. If I put a scoop in a BIG glass of water I find it tastes very much like collagen- but if I drink it in a small amount of water it tastes SO GOOD. People are complaining about the container being so empty lolol I like the empty top because it fits the scoop! I hate reaching into powder and trying to get a scoop handle. I’ve tried A LOT of different collagen powders and some just tasted awful, some even made me feel not good. I find this one gives me an immediate boost of clarity, calm, and and can ease through the next few hours of my day. I think you could even drink this before bed and not worry about it causing a spike in energy, I find it neither depletes nor creates energy to me. Looking forward to trying the other flavours although whew the tropical punch is so good…

I bought this because my other collegen supplement went viral on tictok and sold out with a long waiting period. Thanks tictok…anyway..I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and don’t hate it. It is flavorless and blends easily in warm liquids. I drink it in my coffee. It seems to be good quality. I haven’t noticed a difference in my energy level or joint pain relief so it must be as good or better then the one I was using. I think it’s a decent price for the amount you get. I like that it comes in a decent sized canister which is filled-instead of a massive bag or canister.

I purchased this collagen protein because I am looking for ways to fight inflammation and promote joint health (creaky knees). Also, this has a good rating on fakespot, so I felt confident the reviews were sound.
1. People complain about the jar being ½ empty. I don’t know why the manufacturer chose to use a tub as big as it is, but it certainly contains the 40 scoops/servings it claims. Mine did have a safety seal, so if yours doesn’t – send it back.
2. There is a statement on the tub saying it is odorless, tasteless, and mixes instantly. Hmmm
a. Odorless. No. While not strong or offensive, there is a distinctive smell. I’m average sensitive to unique orders and for me it is very manageable.
b. Tasteless. No. The taste is stronger than the smell, and very related. It isn’t great, and I am above average sensitive to unique tastes. It is manageable, but not my favorite thing.
c. Mixes Instantly. Not in the ways I have been taking it. I have only used cold to room temperature beverages and it can be lumpy sometimes. My strategy is to mix it into 4-5 ounces of cold tea/juice and power slam it. This is a supplement, not a snack. Perhaps in a hot beverage or swirled up in a smoothie it would reduce taste and texture.
3. Results to date (1/2 through one tub): I’m doing so much for my joints, but I am experiencing improvements. I can’t confidently say this supplement is or isn’t contributing. However, here’s why I think it is: unanticipated positive results.
a. My lips are noticeably fuller. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed very fine lines and a thinning of my lips (which had historically be very full). The lines have smoothed quite a bit, and there is a fullness to my lips.
b. My fingernails are also becoming smooth. I have terrible nails that I do not take care of except for very special occasions. In my defense, no matter what I’ve tried in the past has done nothing for the “health” of my nail or nailbed. My cuticles are still a mess, but the ridges and texture of my nails are changing for the better.
c. My hair is volume has increased. I’ve always had a mop of hair, a genetic gift/curse from both sides of my family. Again, as the process of aging occurs, my hair volume has decreased. I’ve noticed my part being a little more visible over the years. Recently my hairdresser asked me what I was putting on my hair, because the volume seems back to “a decade ago” (yup, I’ve had the same stylist for 15 years). I said “nothing… oh wait…”. I can only conclude it is the collagen.
Based on my initial experience, I will definitely order another tub. If my experience takes a turn for the worse, I will update this review. If not, I will continue supplementing with this brand of collagen.
Last words: Drink. Plenty. Of. Water. Can’t stress that enough. You’ll be sorry if you don’t. I already had, but my friend who started at the same time didn’t, and she had gastric distress that was improved by increasing her water intake.

First of all this powder is only odorless and tasteless when you mix it properly. The first time I prepared it was in a cold drink and I could smell and taste it and both were disgusting! When I used hot water to fully dissolve the powder and mixed it with a bottle full of water and a crystal light pack I could no longer smell or taste it. How and what you mix it with will be the deciding factor on whether you can smell and taste it. It came packaged very well. Tightly sealed with no issues. I have issues with my nails thinning so bad they literally break at the skin line. I’ve noticed within the first week of taking this supplement that my nails were firm and frail and brittle. Hoping this will help them grown long. Within the first two weeks I noticed my hair stopped shedding excessively. I haven’t been using it long enough to see if it helps my hair grow and adds length but if it stops the shedding then naturally I expect to see hair growth. So far so good! I have also noticed my knees and other joints are not cracking like they used to. Not something I really had an issue with, but a nice added bonus.
