1/4 teaspoon is about 1,000 mg which is great for my husband and I since we take a minimum of 3,000 mg daily (Linus Protocol) and usually take even more than that depending on the level of toxins/pollution we’re currently exposed to, if we’re feeling under the weather or not, how much oxidative stress we’re dealing with, etc. etc.
We just mix with water or juice and drink it down, simple enough! It is on the sour side but we enjoy the flavor (similar to lemon water) We haven’t had any issues with it coming into contact with our teeth or gums at all (teeth health has been continuously improving since starting using this product) or issues with the acidity level.
Sometimes my mother will mix with baking soda (the combo in water bubbles/fizzes for a moment) if she has heart burn because it’s easier for her to drink that way.

I found that taking it internally even in low doses was too rough on my kidneys (caused low back ache, tiredness, low urine output). I decided to add about a cup to my hot bath (along with a cup of each of epsom salt, Himalayan Sea salt, apple cider vinegar) – and this is my best and favorite bath recipe now and I do it 2-3 times a week. I keep applying this on my face while soaking as well, and all skin on my whole body feels like velvet, soft and smooth, no moisturization needed. Even my husband noticed the difference in my skin beauty. My whole body felt great, not only my skin. I also mix this with a touch of distilled water and add to my night cream right before applying it on my face (since it is very unstable it has to be mixed right before). If I feel sick with some infection and want vit C to be absorbed into my blood and bypass liver/kidneys – I mix half a teaspoon with aloe vera gel with DMSO (70% aloe and 30% DMSO) and apply it topically somewhere on my body (usually joints) – this did not give me any side effects besides normal initial redness.

I purchase this product so I could make swedish potato sausage sausage I loved when I was in Minnesota and I can no longer get because of the shipping cost on dry ice so decided to make my own sausages and got to recipe that was comparable to what I had up there and made the sausage I use this to keep the potatoes from turning black I noticed it was one other gentleman that said his potatoes turn black and his sausage use exotic acid in it it keeps them as white as snow it’s a perfect product if you’re doing your own sausage making
