Ordered this for my wife who just doesn’t get enough calcium in her diet so trying to keep her on a daily supplement to make up the difference. But the other complication is that she has difficulty swallowing pills and capsules, so she’s limited to basically gummies or powdered drinks for supplements. She always prefers the gummies of course since they taste like candy, but the problem there is they don’t usually offer enough of the vitamin or mineral that you’re after. And that’s most often the case especially for calcium, which typically falls very short in potency.
But that’s not the case here, with the 2 gummy serving size delivering a whopping 1,200mg of calcium citrate. This is more than enough considering adult woman need 1,000mg of calcium in a day. And when she’s already getting about half of what she needs by eating (spinach, cheese, yogurt, seeds, edamame, etc), the full 2 gummy serving isn’t even needed on most days. So we’re able to cut the serving size in half, thereby reducing the expense and extending the life of this bottle from 30 days to 60 days. Makes it a much better deal and considering all the additional vitamins they packed in here, what a great gummy supplement all around. Here’s everything else:

Easy to eat, taste great, and has multiple things you need in them.

These D3 gummy vitamins came securely packaged with no issues. Each gummy is not too sticky as some gummies are which is good. Since taste is subjective in reviews, I did not care for the aftertaste. The rest of my family did not have any issues with it. Overall, these are good and do what they are intended to do. Each gummy is small and easy to take. We have had no acid reflux or any other issues when taking these vitamins.

A decent tasting supplement with good ingredients. they are easy to chew and swallow and have no bad after taste. The minerals are a good selection that in most cases are not an issue but I would recommend talking to your dr. first Also it has a high quantity of vitamin D, which my wife’s Dr. has here watching her Vitamin D intake so you may want to take that into consideration.
Otherwise a good supplement so far.

This is as much of a multivitamin as it is a Magnesium vitamin with all of the additional ingredients. However, I’ll focus on the Magnesium which is 400mg accounting for 100% of the daily recommended allowance. That’s great because many of the other gummies on the market fall well short of that. As someone that wishes to maximize my intake, these gummies truly hit the mark. They are flavorful and soft. They digest easily and I have had no side effects. I fee confident getting my full daily allowance of Magnesium from these great tasting gummies
