I really wanted this to be a great solution for my kids who can have trouble going to bed. I do know supplementing can be help but isn’t always the solution. Because of the nature of my children I’ve also read about B6 as well. I was extremely impressed to have found this product that had both magnesium in the glycinate form as well as b6, in a easy gummy that they like (a little too much). I was here for it. The deal I got it on was also incredible and true. Made it all the more impressive. We were pretty consistent with it but I can’t say I see a day and night difference as I’ve read some people have experienced with kids and other similar supplements. Due to my recent findings on a particular Ingredient very popular in American processed foods, supplements etc I won’t be getting this one again.

The positive: the taste was pretty good
The negatives: several spelling mistakes on the label, which concern me about the quality of the vitamin. They were a harder gummy and did tend to get stuck in your teeth
