I took for several months with no improvement to my iron levels. At first I was pretty happy with them because they don’t taste bad and didn’t make me sick but that means nothing not that my iron levels haven’t improved while using them.

These supplements have been very effective for me. I’ve been taking them for a few months now. I have chronic iron-deficient anemia, and these supplements have helped increase my iron levels nicely with my doctor’s supervision. I had the option of either taking these supplements or getting infusions, and I chose the supplements.
The flavor is supposed to be grape, but most of the time it’s barely palatable. They are easy to chew and swallow. The main issue I have is that they become hard and stale quickly after the protective seal is removed from the bottle. They are supposed to last a month, but they become kind of crusty before that.

What I love most about this product is that it’s really easy to take and be satisfied while doing it, someone like me I dislikes medication especially when I know my body needs it, other IRON PILLS in the pass had made me sick to the point of not being able to move about my day how I like.
