I am really liking this all in one magnesium supplement. First of all it’s easy to take. The capsules aren’t huge and they don’t have a taste or smell. They are easy to take. I take this about 30 minutes before bed and it’s easier to fall asleep. I don’t have leg cramps or spasms as much and I sleep more solid with less tossing and turning. I wake up feeling refreshed and not tired.

This quality supplement is made from non-GMO ingredients (per the description of the item) and contains several forms of magnesium which all have different benefits instead of just one or two forms that some other magnesium supplements have. Love being able to take this one supplement and a ton of others to get all the added benefits!

I used to take the Mag Oxide tablets and I read they are not that effective. I noticed some improvements, but nothing really spectacular.
I am a distance inline speed skater (20+ miles) and my trail has some uphill climbs so it is a bit of a workout. This requires lots of stamina and is a load on your leg muscles. Magnesium also stabilizes the conduction in your heart, and I feel it runs much smoother during the workout (and for someone who don’t work out, it could be great supplement to keep your heart in good shape!). It is actually administered thru IV for almost any heart issue. Unless you have a perfect diet, you are not getting all the Mg you need.
I’ve tried with and without this product, I can say my muscles are less sore (almost zero issues after the workout) and I can add a few tenths of a mile in speed. After the workout, I don’t feel tired. It is noticeable. I also feel more alert from this product.
Of course, this is in addition to a zero alcohol, very healthy lifestyle, but it adds some icing on the cake so to speak! Maybe this is a good way to start your health journey! I take few supplements but I feel now this is almost essential.

I have been taking this 10 in 1 Magnesium Complex for 8 weeks. Initially I started taking 2 capsules a day and found it was too much. I cut back to 1 capsule a day and that works well for me. After two weeks I started feeling better with more energy; this is not a sudden boost of energy like taking a caffeinated drink. The energy is more in the form of not being totally exhausted at the end of the day!
I never had trouble sleeping 8 to 9 hours a night, but I did wake up feeling tired. Now I still sleep between 8 and 9 hours a night, but I feel good when I wake up.
These Magnesium capsules work for me.

From tests I am deficient in magnesium as most people tend to be, but I still recommend to do your research and/or talk to your doctor to make sure this product is right for you since some medications can cause symptoms when mixed.

This 10-1 Magnesium Supplement arrived well-sealed and contained 90 Capsules, with one Serving Size being 2 Capsules. The Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad Aftertaste. I like that this Supplement contains numerous Types of Magnesium. I also like the low Price. This Magnesium Complex is great for General Health.

Received double sealed and protected in a dark brown, plastic bottle. Easy to swallow capsules without any taste.
Seller states this 10-In-1 Magnesium Complex formulation has no GMOs, artificial ingredients, unnecessary fillers, binders or preservatives in this supplement. It is also FREE OF soy, gluten, milk, sugar, egg, fish, shellfish, corn, wheat, tree nuts, and peanuts. I like that it is made in the USA.
The one thing I don’t like is there is no ratio given or any breakdown for each of the 10 types of magnesium–only a proprietary blend totaling 420 mg of magnesium.
