I waited to finish the entire bottle before providing a review so here it goes… I love these Biotin Gummies! They taste like fruit snacks so I enjoy having the recommended (2) a day. It’s much easier to remember to take these being that they taste good and are gummies instead of pills.
I’ve seen the most improvement in my nails. Before taking these, my nails were flimsy and bent easily. Now, my nails are ridiculously strong feeling as if I’m wearing the dip/gel coating. They are healthy and growing a lot so I consistently file and cut so they don’t break off; no complaints here! I can’t say that I’ve seen the same progress with my hair but that may be because of the pandemic and not having to actually style/straighten my hair in a couple of months. I’ll continue taking and hope to provide an update on hair and skin!

To be honest, I love the fact that these biotin supplements are in gummy form. I don’t know why but whenever my supplements are in gummy form I for some reason remember to always take them faithfully. They taste amazing so that could be a factor.
The great reviews really caught my eye about this brand because I’ve taken other brands and they feel like they did nothing for me. And some either made me breakout or have huge headaches; no matter how much water I drank. With the Havasu Nutrition biotin gummies I haven’t had any breakouts and no headaches. My skin is looking really good, my nails are growing at a much faster rate and also my eyelashes are so much longer and thicker than before. I’m amazed. I can’t wait to see how it helps me with my hair growth though. Lordy I don’t know how good these are for my hair but they are bad for my weight! They taste too good and find myself ingesting more than necessary. Beware. As for the health benefits I have no idea if they work or not! If you have self control, go ahead.

As someone who has debilitating anxiety and thin nails, it’s nearly impossible for me to grow out my own nails without picking at them or then breaking on their own. But I’m here to tell you that these Biotin gummies have changed the game!! My nails are strong and have grown easily without chipping or breaking. My girl friend gave me a high five today because she’s never seen my natural nails this long and healthy in our 8 year-long friendship.
I’ve also noticed that my hair has been much healthier lately to where I’ve actually needed to wash it more often; usually wash it once or twice a week but now that my hair’s actually producing oil again I’ve been able to wash it more often without drying it out!!

Have this so far a few days short of a month & this definitely made a difference! Before using them, my hair was dropping faster than a bank account on black Fridays, bootys at the club, etc. In other words, bunches of hair after running hands through wet hair after showers.
The best part about this supplement is the taste, these are really good! I haven’t missed a day of taking them (2 gummies daily) because I began to crave them. This helps because biotin supplements don’t work overnight, and consistency is key.
About 3 to 5 days after daily use, my hair stopped falling at such a rapid rate. I don’t see any bunches of hair falling which is great. At one point I was looking at pictures of Yoda accepting my fate.

After my first pregnancy I had a lot of hair loss which lasted about a year, or a little more. After my second baby was born I started having hair loss (at around 1 month after baby was born) and a friend recommended this supplement to me. I started taking it and noticed the hair loss slowed significantly. Then I ran out and there was about 2 weeks where I did not take it. During that time the large amounts of hair loss came back! Then I got some more and have made sure not to run out again and the hair loss once again slowed. Now I still have some hair loss, but I feel like it’s a normal amount like before I had kids, and I can see some actual regrowth in the worst area of hair loss (my baby is 7 months old, hair growth is shown in the picture). Around 7 months after my first born my hair was still falling out, big time.
I will definitely recommend this to my pregnant friends for postpartum in hair loss. I only wish I’d started taking it immediately after my baby was born.
