I don’t know what is different about this shilajit compared to others, but it’s not the same. Every time I try some, my instincts tell me to spit it out. The odor is stronger, hotter, uglier, with a taste to match.
I have two other brands here… one is exactly like the elite quality I’ve used in the past, and the other a little different but still good. This one is not on the same level. This one does not satisfy, it repulses.
This shilajit has a warm, ugly smell and taste. I’d describe it as lower vibration. The good stuff I’d describe as high vibration, with no biting, unpleasant aroma like this jar. All shilajit has a smell, but it shouldn’t be off-putting. It should be a cold smell, there should be no heat to the smell.
As for the flavor, it’s normal to be bitter and dense, but it should have a healthy character. This lacks that character.
The consistency seems less refined. You can see in my photo how it looks brown and lumpy. It should be glassy smooth and black.
I recommend another brand. This may contain the same acids and minerals, but there’s something different about it that puts me off.

This supplement, rich in trace minerals, fulvic acid, and humic acid, supports energy production, immune system, and brain health. I’ve added it to my morning routine and have noticed an increase in my overall energy and mental clarity, although the taste might be challenging for some.

This is a good shilajot resin as far as I can tell. The description says lab tested but it doesn’t show a any 3rd party testing results. That said it looks like a good shilajit resin, it tastes like a good shilajit resin and it smells like a good shilajit resin.

I don’t want to damage product reviews just because I could not try it. I have a very sensitive sense of smell/taste and it triggered me in a not so stomach-settling way. I might have to look for something in pill form.

I ordered this agobi Shilajit Pure Himalayan Organic Resin to try out as I’ve been hearing about the benefits of Shilajit resin lately. This is my first time trying Shilajit so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but this resin does seem to increase my energy levels when I take it daily.
When it first arrived both my husband and I tried eating it straight and it was an interesting experience being somewhat difficult to swallow. The taste and smell of this product is very strong! When mixed with coffee the taste is completely masked, so that’s how we take it. I add a little spoonful to each cup of coffee before I add creamer and then use my frother to dissolve the resin.
My only complaint about this Shilajit is that I wish there was a more precise way to measure it. I use the little spoon included in the box, but there’s no instruction on how full the spoon should be.
Overall I do recommend this agobi Shilajit Pure Himalayan Organic Resin as an easy way to improve energy and get trace minerals in your diet. I feel the product is reasonably priced for the amount you get. I will update if I try another brand and have something to compare this Shilajit to, but until then I’m happy with my purchase.

I waited to see results before reviewing this product. I did receive two boxes (about two months worth) as advertised and it does appear to be pure resin. It is easily mixed into morning tea or coffee and has no odor or taste when consumed. I truthfully wondered if it would do any good. Surprisingly I am more awake and have more energy after nearly a month and am napping less—so it does work. I’m not sure of any other benefits but I also have not had any bad effects from taking it. For me it’s a win/win situation and I give it thumbs up 👍!

Really happy with this product. My wife adds it to her and my coffee in the morning. Love knowing we are able to get a lot of valuable needed minerals in such a tiny pea sized amount. Great quality. Tastes not too bad. Kind of reminds me of molasses. Just started taking recently, so unsure of the benefits we’ve received yet. But excited to see down the road.

I had heard of shilajit and with chronic fatigue it intrigued me. I have no reference for other brands, but after a few weeks of taking what I assume is a correct dose (I do have a quibble with the lack of instructions for what constitutes a serving) once a day I have noticed a slight lessening of fatigue (I’ve got other stuff at play, so a miraculous recovery is out of the question), which I find encouraging. When mixed in plain water it does have a slight flavor – more strong the less water you use – I tend to use less than 4 oz of water to mix mine up, so I end up drinking what I imagine would happen if La Croix made yak flavored water. Not that I’ve ever licked a yak, but the very slight flavor feels yak adjacent. Maybe it’s my imagination. It’s not deeply unpleasant plain, so don’t let that stop you – if I was prepared better in the mornings I could mix it into bone broth and not taste anything. All in all, I am satisfied and can’t wait to see what happens.
