This product has a multi fold purpose for me. 1 being of slight build and mildly osteopenic, hopefully, this supplement will slow up or more optimistically correct in some part osteopenic tendencies. 2 Arthritis of some type or other has shown to be problematic. Any possible cartilage repair induced by the supplement will alleviate arthritis pain. 3 Not to be discounted is the heart cardiovascular health associations in taking Vitamin K2. The list of possible positives goes on. So glad to have discovered K2.

Love the product, especially the hard-to-find MK4, which really does help with brain function. One star deducted for the new packaging though. Need a flashlight to see how many are left! Couldn’t dump them out to count because a couple of capsules had split (never had that problem before either) and every week it’s a powdery mess when I fill my pill minder 🙁 I’ve been worried about the powder because vit.K affects blood clotting and I’m afraid my pets will be exposed to it.
When I got the flashlight to check the remaining quantity, I was horrified to find a white mass wedged at an angle at the bottom of the bottle. Turns out it was the cotton from the top, and of course spewed powder everywhere when I extracted it. A larger cotton wad would stay in place and probably help stop the busted capsules too.

So far i’m very happy with this product! It gives me BOTH of the two most important variations of vitamin K2 (mk-7 & mk-4) at a great low price! As someone who is morbidly obese and disabled, I am at a greater risk of falls, so having stronger bones is essential to me so I don’t break any bones. If I fell and broke a leg or a hip it would be detrimental to me. I have a bulging disc and research has shown that vitamin K2 can help restore some of the damage to bones. So far my legs and knees are popping and cracking nearly as much as they used to and my teeth aren’t hurting as much either. And I’ve only been on this amazing product for 2 weeks! I can’t wait to see how I feel after a couple of months! I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers from Osteoporosis, pain in their joints, or weak and brittle bones and teeth. It’s not a cure of course, but it certainly helped to lesson my pain and strengthen my bones and teeth. Thank you MaxX Labs for creating such an EXCELLENT product!! =)

Very recently, research came out that this vitamin K formula along with vitamin D will preserve bone strength and density better than many other supplements. In fact, the research pointed out that if a person is taking regular vitamin K along with vitamin D they can actually poison their system and create all sorts of harm. I have multiple, multiple bone spurs in and around my major joints. I thought I was taking care of my bones, but obviously I was wrong. I read the research on this at the exact same time my chiropractor read the research. I brought it up to him and he was astounded that we both had been looking for an answer for the bone spurs. The research has shown promise that the combination of this vitamin formula along with vitamin D may actually be able to dissolve bone spurs. I would recommend this to anyone with bone spurs and lower bone density. I have been taking it since about April 2016 and I am optimistic that it will help with the bone spurs and therefore the extreme pain.

I have been using this med for at least 2 months now with no noticeable side effects. I can’t drink cow’s milk due to allergies and don’t really like the taste of almond and soy milks. While I don’t feel any difference in my daily life (muscles, strength training, etc), a K2 supplement provides peace of mind to know that my calcium supplement (by Wellesse) isn’t going to cause me a heart attack, rather it’s being absorbed by my bones. Theoretically, this product ensures the calcium is channeled to the right places in my body. I appreciate the veggie caps but for now I only use 1/4 of the cap powder daily due to pregnancy dosage restrictions (read more on this on Mercola’s website). Overall, I’m a happy customer but I would like to see my calcium levels in a lab test to find the exact efficacy of this product.

I have been taking Maxx Labs Vitamin K2 for about three years to help me recover from osteoporosis. I take it immediately after each of three meals per day. Each meal includes calcium and magnesium supplements. My progress has been steady even though I’m nearly eighty years old. I’m now almost pain-free, thank the Lord.
Previously, I tried other brands of K2. Those with MK4 provided quick results; those with MK7 gave long-term help. Maxx Labs has both MK4 and MK7 in the right proportions. I feel that the calcium citrate included is of little benefit because the extra calcium must be in the blood stream before taking the K2.
I also take vitamin D3 and get plenty of sunshine – and bed rest. Saul

I have had a great experience with this product. My teeth feel smoother when I take this regularly, and my dentist said that my teeth are in great shape. I like how this brand does not put in fillers and keeps the ingredient list simple. I also like how some calcium is added to the formula. I do want to mention that I take this with a vitamin d supplement and foods with fat.

I buy this for my husband and daughter who have a family history of low vitamin D levels which mainly caused them dental issues, like regular cavities. Vitamin K2 supplement taken with Vitamin D3 helped raised their blood levels enough so that their doctors only check them once or twice a year instead of evey 3 months. But it also stopped them from getting dental cavities! Neither one has had a cavity since they started taking these two supplements daily, over 3 years ago!
I started taking K2 when diagnosed with type 2 diabetes because it helps reduce insulin resistance. K2 is also helpful in treating inflammation and autoimmune diseases, which both my daughter and husband have so it may be that they had been suffering from a K2 deficiency for decades?
