The first time I took this I vomited. I tried to stick with it, but after 2 weeks, it kept making me feel sick. It’s got all the good stuff in it, just didn’t agree with me. YMMV.

Seems to be doing the job and that’s all I ask for.

I want to make sure I am getting what I need and it is certified saying that the ingredients are in the bottle. A 3rd party does the certification not the company that makes it! Very good vitamins
Amazon Customer –
It is certified by a independent testing company, the vitamins are in the amounts recommended by the FDA and cross referenced reviews give this company consistent good reviews

Theralogix Solo is more expensive than the drug store brands, but for 3 or more reasons it is actually a much better value. It is a quality product that is NSF certified and has better ingredients. I can say that I feel good on this multi and not so good on other brands for the following reasons:
1. Solo has the methyl form of folate, which is absorbed well by people with MTHFR gene variants. I find this form to improve my mood and concentration.
2. Solo has the citrate form of chromium, which is better than the picolinate form. I can’t prove it, but I believe some people’s mental health is affected by picolinic acids because they can mess with neurotransmitters in the brain. Consumerlab mentions this possibility, though there are no studies proving it yet. I have proven it on myself anyway – my mood is not so great on chromium picolinate but I feel ok on chromium citrate.
3. Solo has no food colorings like Centrum products. I had the biggest anxious “buzz” from the yellow 6 in Centrum Silver. No problem with Solo.
Overall I find my quality of life is good on this multi. Some drug store brands lower my QOL because of poorly chosen forms of their ingredients, while some other expensive brands also lower my QOL because they put such huge mega-doses of some ingredients or add extra herbs and substances that shouldn’t be in there. I hope this company keeps their product the same and doesn’t make the mistakes other companies are making.

The vitamins and minerals make me feel better when I wake up in the in the morning. The price is reasonable compared with other brands.

My doctor recommended these vitamins. Made in the USA. Apparently women over the age of 50 should not take iron so most basic multivitamins are not appropriate – who knew? It is also an option for men to take so I may order more for my husband also if I think he will actually take it. I’m a total nerd who even listened to a few podcasts involving the top doctors in the industry to help me determine what to look for overall in a multivitamin and these are on point. I’ve been taking it daily for more than 2 months straight ever since my doctor had gave me a few samples to try initially. I’ve taken it both in the morning and at night when I’ve forgotten; both with food and without food and it hasn’t caused any issues for me. No nausea or stomach concerns. I literally despise taking any thing in pill or capsule form because they can be difficult to swallow but honestly, this one is a piece of cake which encourages me to actually follow through and take it every day. I throughly researched all the ingredients to try and find a similar product for less $$$ and it doesn’t seem to exist, not even at the two clubs/warehouses I maintain memberships at which are known for having oversized health care items at heavily discounted prices. None of their options came close with regard to the ingredients. Look closely at the Vitamin D levels in particular which are impressive – there’s zero need for me to have to take yet another Vitamin D supplement which is great! However….It doesn’t contain Calcium so I’m still having to shop for that. The same company has several options to pick from with regard to a standalone calcium option – it’s difficult for women to get enough calcium and I’m still trying to determine how much I truly get through diet alone before I start on a daily regimen. Anyway, taking 2 supplements each day isn’t the worst prospect to consider if it helps fill some of the potential gaps with regard to diet. They even appear to have mini (smaller) calcium options. I will say that I have visited their actual website to purchase many, many times and from several browsers, clearing cookies along the way but to no avail. Even though they offer a substantial discount to order direct on a monthly subscription basis, I get to the final checkout and it always errors out. I sent an email and the response I got back from the company was that I could call in my order. As a person who orders online regularly and works during business hours, it’s not likely that I’m going to call. I’ll pay a few bucks more and be able to track it through my Amazon app. My first order on Amazon got lost so I’d say order early if you’re likely to run out because it might be delayed. My second order placed was delivered very quickly (maybe 2-3 days tops!). Very happy overall. This seems like a great vitamin option and I’ve recommended it to friends and family as well. I’m receiving no incentives/nothing extra by posting this review (I wish I could!) but I figured I spent so much time researching it that maybe it could help someone else who is on the fence. Hope someone finds this incredibly LONG diatribe useful.
