Did you know you need copper to process zinc? Yeah me neither until I found myself scrolling tiktok one evening. This was the cleanest vitamin I found and I LOVE that they are capsules and not tablets. The zinc tablets upset my stomach whereas these do not! Forever buying!

It’s important to have Zinc and copper in one tablet, a very small tablet!

I couldn’t figure out what the hell was wrong with me until I stopped taking this. Horrible diarrhea, fever for a while too, even mucous reaction in sinus as my body reacted to this. It smells funny too kind of like the selenium yeast supplement, but this is a zinc one. I saw another review which mentioned a similar reaction of fever and diarrhea. I’m not sure how to report this to Amazon because I feel like this product may be dangerous. I have no idea what is wrong with this. Is there a chance it wasn’t this? Maybe, but I don’t want to go back on it to confirm and the problem started when I started this and stopped when I stopped taking it after about a month of suffering. I’ve taken zinc plus copper before and never had a problem and I thought OptiZinc ingredient would be even better. I don’t think it is the OptiZinc per say, but I’ve never tried another OptiZinc before.

Both my husband and I have had very positive experiences staving off a cold by taking Zinc at the onset. My nutritionist recommended a zinc/copper combo at this exact ratio. We have been using this particular zinc/copper combo for a couple years now. WARNING: taking zinc on an empty stomach can cause nausea — I have seen this response more than once! Be sure to take with food.

Was looking for a lower dosage to start, found this and achieve instant results. Will purchase again.

Is it working? I don’t know, but it’s not making me feel worse so I guess that’s a good sign. I can’t say that it’s helping either. Only lab work could tell at this point.

Good combination some people say you don’t need to take copper at the same time with zinc. Take it separately, but I found if you take it together, it works even better. Copper is good along with zinc it still gets absorbed it doesn’t cancel each other out. Don’t believe that.. I prefer low doses of copper .

They covered up the expiration date but it is a supplement and it doesn’t go out of date.
