It’s easy to be short on magnesium because the body doesn’t manufacture it. And that can result in tired muscles and leg cramps. Since taking Salus Magnesium liquid, I’ve not had any of those issues, plus it helps with regularity. Tastes pretty good too! I recommend it!

I have hypertension, and this product made me feel like I was having a stroke. It contains bitter orange, which is a sister to ephedra, which is banned because it raises the heart rate and affects the nervous system. If you google supplements that raise blood pressure, bitter orange shows up first. It says that bitter orange can cause stroke or heart attack in people with high blood pressure.
It doesn’t happen to all high blood pressure patients, but I wish that the government would require companies like this to put a warning on there. I took this, and then later took an antacid. I woke up the next morning thinking I was having a stroke. My pressure was sky high. I kept googling until I found the problem.
I rely on reviews when I buy supplements. This product may be great for many consumers, but I hope that my review helps anyone who suffers from high blood pressure to make an informed decision.

I use this product for my special needs daughter. She has severe gastrointestinal issues. As a result she is often constipated. Floradix is the only product I have found that keeps her regular. I love this product because it is natural and does not clog her gtube. Good iron supplement that does not upset the stomach in anyway. Good absorption as I felt results within a week. As for the taste, I take a spoonful and drop it directly in the back of my throat and it is not that bad at all. Yes it has that iron/metallic taste but I don’t let it linger on my tongue! Given the benefits of iron supplement and that it doesn’t upset the stomach, the taste is very tolerable imho. If you hate the taste, do what I do. Drop it in the back of your throat and swallow. PS: You may see darker stools after taking this. Be aware of it.

I wasn’t expecting this much with this product but oh my….. it really helps you. One thing that I really notice is that I’m not having hard time waking up in the morning! I’m a night person so I usually have hard time waking up or opening my eyes but wow!!! And there were two days I forgot to take it and on the third day morning, I had hard time waking up again. But going back to it helped me so much. I’m getting another one and one for my mom as well.
