I’m a healthy 62yo male, but natural wear and tear is creeping in. Thus, I’m seeking the health benefits of shilajit as well as the other ingredients in this blend. So far, I’m maintaining the status quo which is a good thing.
However, I cannot find any information on JMJF. As a long time user of nutritional supplements, this raises a red flag. While the label states that the product is Made in the USA, there is no way to contact the company for verification. Thus, I use this brand with a bit of caution.
Good value per dose, but only 3* due to the brand’s shortcomings.

I recently tried these Himalayan Shilajit capsules, and let me tell you, my morning routine has never felt more like a superhero origin story. I woke up, took one, and suddenly, I could finally remember where I left my car keys… they were in my hand the whole time! Not only am I more energized, but I now possess the incredible ability to dodge my responsibilities with the finesse of a ninja! No more fatigue—unless you count my extensive new hobby of power-napping. If only I could bottle this energy for my cat to use during his palace meetings!

I also take these in raw form and it does not taste very good at all. Pills will remove the poor taste and is much easier to take.
As, I age I feel more aches and pains that I hope this will alleviate or soften the effects of growing old. I also take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night.
These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA, Canada and Europe.
