I have purchased 3 containers of the Dihydromyricetin. The product does appear to ease hangovers. I purchase it every year for an annual vacation that I attend that requires a lot of drinking. If taken as the instructions states it definitely prevents the next day headache and nausea. Only on one occasion have a taken it and felt it was not effective, but I will continue to purchase to take on vacation with me.

I tried this last night after a Halloween party, I had 5 beers, 2 shots of Fireball and a couple of Jello shots with uncertain alcohol content. Anyway, it was more than I normally have and I did not want to feel like poo today so I took 2 of these before I went to bed. I must say that I do feel a lot better than I expected to today, I’m a little hung over and a bit tired but overall I feel pretty good! I did have some trouble getting to sleep though which wasn’t good.

Alright everyone. Simply look at the reviews. This product has an AMAZING 5 star streak. Most of the time you can narrow down where the faults in products lie by looking at the ratio of 5 to 1 star reviews. This product has a VERY slim margin in that respect. So the data is there.. Now for my own personal experience..
I went on my honeymoon a few weeks ago with my wife. We went to Jamaica to an all inclusive high-end resort where alcohol was a 24/7 indulgence (and I made sure I got my money’s worth).
I went through a whole bottle in one week. My liver was working overtime. We had excursions to go on. We didn’t sleep the days away. We were always doing something, always eating and drinking rum. I had 12 year old appelton estate rum every day with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and in between… But i never got hammered. I’m 30. I’m not 21 anymore. Throughout the whole time I was real tender maybe one morning. But I swear I would not have survived without these pills. And since we’ve gotten back ive been drinking more with Thanksgiving and all and I can DEFINITELY tell that I need more. I actually just ordered some before I wrote this.
The bottom line is that no matter what you read with hangover pills, nothing will save you 100% but these pills almost always guaranteed I was at least 90% every day. The worst was 80% one day but that was because I went hard on the paint.
This is the absolute best and cheapest compensation for the negative effects of alcohol ive ever tried. No gimmicks, just science.

If you like to party, but hate the morning after you NEED this supplement. I absolutely hate hangovers. I use this product in combination with Party Smart, Flyby, and Liquid IV. I wake up feeling like I didn’t drink anything the day or night before. I am writing this review while on vacation and my alcohol consumption has increased dramatically. My secret is three Flyby’s before any alcoholic beverages, one party smart sometime during the day, three more Flyby’s at night when I stop drinking, and two to three DHM’s before bed. The results have been amazing. I wake up feeling NOTHING as far as hangovers are concerned. No headache, no grogginess, no foggy feeling, no nothing. I’m ready to party again. I hit the gym first thing in the gym first thing in the morning and crush it. I’m in my 40’s so my hangovers have been really really bad if I don’t take these supplement. You might think that’s a lot of supplement to take but the ends justify the means and I despise hangovers as I am completely useless the next day. I can drink beer, wine, mixed drinks, whatever. I swear by this supplement regiment while consuming anything alcoholic. Just bear in mind, you have to stay hydrated. Water consumption is a must. A Liquid IV plus DHM before bed works wonders. I only drink like this on vacation. When I’m back in the real world, I only drink once a week. A few IPA’s on Friday after work. These supplements are a Godsend, with the added benefit of not putting on the extra body weight that comes when consuming high caloric alcoholic beverages. I will not be without these supplements EVER. They will be part of my life at all times because I like to party ever now and again. Give this a try, You will thank me later.

DHM is a great way to manage any negative side effects from alcohol. In all the prior years of my life, I’d always tried to mitigate alcohol side effects AFTER I was already tired, hungover, and in pain. However, if you take DHM as you start, during, or shortly after drinking – it really really softens the blow. The first thing you’ll notice is it takes away the sluggishness and any minor headaches you might get if say you’re at an event where they only serve rougher spirits or cheaper wine. However, the biggest difference is the next day – you won’t wake up nearly as hungover to begin with. I’ve tried tons upon tons of hangover solutions in my life and to date only stick with 3 — namely blowfish – which is very effective at alleviating the pain once you already are hungover – and HTP-5, which only cures the emotional side effects again once you’re really hungover. DHM is the only one that prevents you from getting there in the first place. Full disclosure – it’s not fool proof; if you drown yourself in tons of tequila shots with no water, you’re still going to be in pain. But if you’ve had 2 to 5 drinks with a few DHMs during the course of it, you’ll wake up feeling little to no headache, drowsiness, or emotional malaise/guilt. You may still be dehydrated though so no matter what – keep chugging that water. Thanks Double Wood!
