Zinc is essential for your immune system. I found that taking these helped to fend off cold and flu symptoms and any other illness. These are very easy to swallow, easy to digest and tasteless. Definitely a quality product!

How do you rate a supplement? No idea if it’s making any difference, so I’ll go with these things.
It’s white labeled so I don’t know who the actual manufacturer is, but SMnutrition contacted me before I received it so I knew who to contact with any questions.
It was shipped quickly and was professionally packaged.
Basically, it appears to be what it is advertised to be (sadly, that isn’t always true with supplements on Amazon).
The capsule is relatively small and has no taste.

My wife and I have been taking the zinc in addition to the d3 and c vitamins for about 3 months. She did get a very mild case of COVID but it was minimal compared to the others that also came down with it. I highly recommend the zinc and have heard that it prevents the loss of taste. I can vouch for the fact that it is a major player in supporting the body’s immune system. Excellent product in a form that your body can use.

GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. Don’t bother with any other zinc supplement. I highway recommend this. Just make sure to take a copper supplement as well, since you need it if you’re taking this dose of zinc. Look it up.

Excessive vitamin b6 does not flush out in your pee, but rather stores up in your blood. It has a half life of 30 days so it builds up in your blood! When the blood is full, your body then stores it in your muscles and nerves causing severe health issues and damage . I was taking this zinc daily and it caused vitamin b6 toxicity. I’m still recovering 1 year later. It damaged the nerves in my face and mouth. Damaged nerves are very painful and take forever to heal!! It’s also difficult to find the root cause as most doctors don’t do vitamin b6 tests. Please do not take this supplement or any supplement with vitamin b6! Do your research… Google: “vitamin b6 toxicity!!” This product ruined me and it has taken a lot of money and time to heal!! WHY IS B6 IN A ZINC SUPPLEMENT ANYWAYS??? Read your labels!! It’s stuffed in several supplements! If only I had read a warning like this prior to taking this zinc. 🙁

I ordered the zinc ultimate from Smoky Mountain Nutrition.. and love it. I actually blogged about it too.. but there was a stretch when I couldn’t find it to buy it again..maybe you all were out of stock but I just reordered 2 more bottles and am super happy! I wanted chelated zinc glycinate specifically for better absorption and appreciate the higher dose at 30mg.
