I take 50mg twice a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. How? You ask. I bought a herb crushed at an Asian market and I crush the pills there and fill them up to how much I want or need on empty capsules that you can also get on Amazon. Note: I have mild adrenal fatigue. If I knew about this product when my adrenal glands crashed’ I would of been on it from the start instead of riding out the horrible feeling of an addisonian crisis. It’s been 2 years since my adrenal glands crashed and all I could do was just let them recover on their own. You could go to the hospital or doctor all you want but if they see that your cortisol is even at 3 they do not care and won’t do anything about it.

I have maladaptive phase 3 adrenal fatigue. Tried this a few months ago. For the price I wasn’t expecting something extraordinary, but I was hoping it might be. It did meet expectations for the price. I wanted to try another brand just to see if I could find one that was even better.
This raw adrenal did give me noticeable energy in the morning. The other brand I tried was less effective than this. So I guess I’m going back to this one till I hear of something more promising to get through my morning fatigue. I took two of these in the morning and was functional. The more expensive brand, I took 3-4 and still felt exhausted 😩

It’s not a bad product but I feel like there are a lot of fillers. Other than that, I can’t say for sure how well it’s working mostly because I’m coming out of a massive hashimoto flare up. After some serious research, decided I needed to try some adrenal support but I didn’t start with this alone, I ordered and received same time Thorne adrenal Cortex so I’ve been doing both. Neither one costs too much so it’s definitely worth getting both. I have noticed far less fight or flight that comes with hashimoto flare up.
Update: If you have any kind of anxiety this will make it Whole lot worse. Going through hashimoto flare up you’re on flight or fight everyday and the whole gland contains adrenaline that’ll cause massive panic. If you don’t have that problem I think it would be great for energy. I was taking one pill once a day on empty stomach along with the Cortex. However, I ran out of the Cortex pills so just took these alone and after few days felt like my entire body went on overdrive. Couldn’t figure out what happened, only knew it was after I took the pill. That being said, I’m definitely sticking with the Cortex. That’s the calming part of the adrenals.

I was using this product but switched to another brand due to the cost increasing by a couple dollars per bottle. I tried, for a couple months, to make that product work but though it was better than nothing, the quality from one bottle to the next was not the same and I developed serious acne as a result of that product. I threw out my last two bottles and reordered this companies product. They may be more expensive but the quality and help with my symptoms of hypothyroidism (medically diagnosed) is far and away better, without any of the acne or dry skin I suffered from with the other product. I can feel that I am missing this supplement after just two days of not taking it (test my supplements regularly this way). This one will likely be a regular rotation for the rest of my life. My doctor is even impressed with how this product helped my thyroid production numbers.
