I swear I tried. I really tried. But I finally threw in the towel on Shilajit resin.
I like the concept, the ingredients and the minerals, but goopy, smokey, tar-like rock sap just wasn’t working. Nothing but respect for those of you who can get it down.
These caplets may have saved my gym routine. A simple, tasteless way to get the benefits of Shilajit without the black tongue. The product arrived sealed in plastic with an additional inner safety seal to maintain purity. The clear caplets can’t hide the black powder inside, but they go down so easily that I can get through the process. Basically tasteless.
The Shilajit is manufactured in GMP compliant facilities and is vegan, non-GMO, gluten free with no fillers. The addition of Fulvic Acid and trace minerals is similar/equal to resin versions and was a big selling point for me. The jury is still out on the resin vs pill battle, with some people believing that resin absorbs more quickly and completely into your system, but if you just can’t do the resin this is a great option. For me, pills and gummies are the way to go now.
At 2 caplets per serving, the 500mg dosage is within the maximum recommended range for Shilajit. There’s a lot of research still being done, so numbers skew a little based on your weight…etc. These caplets would be considered a good dosage for most people.
As with any supplement, results are so subjective. I say it with every review. For me, I felt like the energy and alertness was about the same level I got from using resin. It’s a gradual build up in your system, so don’t expect to win the Marathon with one dose.
