Zinc makes me and my kids queasy. This was the only cal-mag combo I could find without Zinc. Fortunately, it did the trick! We’ve been taking for about month now, with no ill effects.
I give the kids one a day now, but plan to increase to two a day now that we’ve tested them. I have taken two a day sometimes without a queasiness just to test, but will eventually increase to the full three a day. Currently, I’m taking one of those and one of my old ones after food, since I have a lot of them left. Ugh!
It would be great if it could be done in one pill or even two, but I don’t think this is a product flaw as all of the cal-mag combos take more than one pill. That’s just an unfortunate reality. If you are looking at the per dose price, remember to calculate that in.

I should’ve paid better attention. I take Cal/Mag for sleep, but the oxide in this one isn’t the kind to take. You need magnesium glycinate to get better sleep.

After taking these I noticed my cramps during my menstrual aren’t bad at all.

Incapacitating Cramps for 40 years. The cramps occur all day, but especially upon awakening. The pain is so excruciating and lasting that it prevents me from walking. I tried everything; Calcium Magnesium tablets, Theraworx Relief. One day, I picked up at Whole Foods 365 Calcium Magnesium Vegan Capsules. All pain and cramps eliminated, IMMEDIATELY!
They recommend 3 capsules daily. I take one capsule before bedtime and, if needed, 3-4 hours later, if needed, again, 3-4 hours later Customer’s who take several capsules at one time, will find the positive benefits will be eliminated. Surprisingly, I get elbow and wrist pain also. All pain gone.
The bottle in the picture is a very inexpensive way of ordering the product.

So I noticed that my nails are starting to grow faster and longer, and they’re a bit stronger as well. I’m certain that these have a little bit to do with it. It’s considered what most people would say is a larger pill, however I never have issues with swallowing it. I just take a medium gulp of water hold it in my mouth and throw all of my pills in my mouth and swallow everything together as if it was a regular bite of food. I never have trouble swallowing pills with that technique.
