I have three daughters and all of them take a teen multivitamin gummy each morning. However, my oldest daughter, Stella, decided to become a vegetarian 5 months ago. We didn’t notice any changes right away but as the months of being a vegetarian passed, all of us in the family noticed her hair more brittle and thin, her nails breaking when she normally has really long, strong natural nails, and her overall appearance seemed “peakish”. I felt she wasn’t eating enough food items that gave her the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that she needed so we decided to try these gummies because even biotin and collagen supplements weren’t making any difference.
Stella is the only one taking these gummies each morning and not only has she seen the difference but her sisters and I have noticed a difference. I will note that she is still taking biotin/collagen but adding these gummies has made her look and feel stronger and, I kid you not, the color in her cheeks are back, her hair is looking less “straggly” (that’s the only way I can describe it), and she has more energy.
Her diet hasn’t changed much so I honestly think the combination of vitamins and minerals in this gummy is giving her body what she is missing from her previous diet. These are some of the best tasting gummies I’ve tried, so I’d love to buy them again because they are a good multi-vitamin. Although its a limited number of nutrients, it would be a good option for those that don’t need a lot and don’t want to swallow a pill.
However, I can’t even feel good about continuing to finish the bottle, because there isn’t even a company name on the label, let alone an address or any manufacturing information. While the webpage claims that these are manufactured in the U.S. and third party tested, most supplements I’ve used that go to that extent to ensure consumer safety have appropriate stamps on the label and/or a website we can access to get more information. The lack of this basic information makes me feel very unsafe about taking these.

As you can see in the picture I attached, these gummies are NOT made in the USA, as their product information leads you to believe; the label clearly states ‘Made in China’. With that said, I did try one dose before throwing the rest in the trash, so I could get the true taste and texture to review. They do have a pleasant fruity flavor and are easy to chew, and in spite of containing both stevia and monk fruit, they don’t have a lingering fake sweetener taste. As you can also see somewhat in one of the other pictures I included, the allergy warning label is ridiculously long, so that makes me wonder about the safety and cleanliness of the factory in which they are made; while I appreciate the disclosure for those who have allergies, there is pretty much every major allergen listed on there! I don’t recommend these at all.

Glad to find a tasty calcium citrate chewable with relatively healthy sweetners (monkfruit and stevia – vs sucralose, aspartame or erythritol) and that is small-sized and easily chewed. I can chew these even with a dental prosthetic without any issues. Calcium citrate is far better for me than calcium carbonate – as the carbonate form daily has turned out to be too constipating. I also like that these chewables include only relatively low levels of boron, copper, Vit D3 etc – so I don’t overdose on these in also taking my daily multivitamin. I gave this 4, rather than 5 stars, as I would like to have the option to just take the calcium citrate alone – without all these other nutrients.
As a side note, the package was super secured: entire bottle was sealed in plastic overwrap, as well as cap -along with foil seal under cap.
