I have been taking this for only 2 months. I had a partial hip replacement in June. Had a spontaneous fracture, bone broke, then I fell. Doctor wants to start me on Prolia because of osteoporosis. I refuse to take any of those injections or pills because of all of the side effects. After researching my options and reading all of the reviews on the Garden of Life Vitamin Code Grow Bone System, I decided to give it a try. Won’t be due for another bone density test until next year where I hope to see a significant change in my numbers. The raw calcium is easy to take but the vitamins that are taken at night means I have to refrain from snacking in front of the TV as they have to be taken on an empty stomach. That’s annoying!! Gave this only 4 stars because of the price. Of course if it does what it’s supposed to do, I will upgrade this to 5 stars. Guess my bones are worth it.

When it arrived, it appeared as if it had been returned because the box was ragged, falling apart and dirty. But the bottles inside were intact. When I took the pills that you take at nighttime I woke up with an excruciating migraine! I am still suffering with it…many hours later. There is something in it that doesn’t agree with me. I should have read the reviews on this before purchasing. Especially since this cost me over $44.00 and since it is opened, I probably can’t return it. What a waste! There is nothing that I did or ate yesterday that would have caused this migraine. It is difficult to read what all the ingredients are on the bottle online. I am disappointed with Garden of Life. Since money is tight, especially being a senior on a fixed income…this is really pathetic and will have to throw it out. Something is wrong with the ingredients. Do better Garden of Life!
