This ProHealth Longevity Hyaluronic Acid supplement arrived in a bottle that was totally sealed in plastic with another security seal under the cap. The lot number, manufacturing date (5/2024) and expiration date (5/2026) are clearly stamped on the bottom. The product page shows the results of the third party lab testing which I was happy to see. From their website: “All products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities. Additionally, each product is third-party tested, with Certificate of Analysis’ available on our website to verify that they’re of the highest quality, purity and potency.” No place of manufacture was shown however.
I like that this supplement contains only a single ingredient. The suggested serving is 1 capsule per day so this bottle will last me 3 months. I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now in the hopes of improving my skin health and joint health or at least maintaining the status quo as I age. The capsules are not very large, have no taste and are easy to swallow with a glass of water.
When I researched ProHealth Longevity, I found their website showing this product and many other products. It seems like a reputable company that has been in business since 1988. They provide a wealth of information about the products they offer. I was pretty impressed and will buy more of their products including a reorder of this one when I’ve finished the bottle.

ProHealth’s Hyaluronic Acid is 200mg per serving dosage and comes in a bottle of 90. It is clinically supported for healthy and radiant skin.
As I age, my skin is dryer, rougher, not like it used to be. As we age, the hyaluronic acid that our bodies create decreases. This supplement can benefit cellular hydration and also, joint health.
It is third-party tested so I get peace of mind about its quality and efficacy. It is clinically shown to improve skin hydration and wrinkles.
I recommend this supplement as a way to improve skin condition from the inside to the out.

I’ve read that those of us over 60 don’t make as much Hyalauronic acid, and that our skin can suffer as a result. Because of this I’ve started to take HA and Prohealth seems like a reputable brand and one I’m comfortable using. I generally base my reviews on what I can discover about a company’s transparency, Accountability (safety) and quality. .
Transparency: Trademark activity for Prohealth dates to 2004, so it has a 20 year history at least. According to Google A.I., “Rich Carson founded ProHealth in 1988 after being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and discovering supplements that helped him and others with similar illnesses.” Their website is “Prohealth Longevity”, and it’s very detailed.
Accountability: Prohealth claims that their products are manufactured in a GMP Certified facility and they provide documentation of third party lab testing for product concentration. They claim a 35 year history and also claim to be A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau (there are no complaints at that site). The bottle says this product is made for Prohealth.
Quality: These are smallish capsules that are easy to swallow. The bottle has almost no scent. This product is 200 mg of Hyalaronic Acid. There is a list of allergens which are not found in this supplement. Healthline cites a study where they used, doses of 120–240 milligrams (mg) per day for at least 1 month, so 200 mg seems right on target.
.
In summary, these are a month’s worth of easy to swallow capsules from a company with a track record and which is transparent enough to share third party lab testing results.
Note: the first time I used a Prohealth product the capsules only filled the bottom of the container. For this product they use a smaller container that is pretty much filled to the top, so Kudos to Proheath for their part in reducing plastic waste!

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review that you can determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not.
This comes entirely encased in plastic. The one benefit of that is it kept Amazon’s sticker from getting put on the label, usually right on top of what I need to read.
ProHealth does such a nice job with their bottle design and materials.
The bottle comes nearly full to the neck, which is nice to see nowadays.
If used as directed it will last three months.
The expiration date on mine is May 2026, so a little more than 1.5 years from now.
There is a light scent to the capsules. I can’t place it, but for some reason I like it. The smaller than average capsules are easy to swallow with water.
I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party, and made in USA. This says GMP-certified. The product page says 3rd-party tested in US laboratories and shows an Analytical Test Report dated a month after this bottle was manufactured. It also says certificates of analysis are available. The product page says Country of Origin: USA, but that doesn’t always mean that is where the product is made.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many shady ones; anyone can say anything on their labels, but can they back it up? They not only put their phone number on the bottle, but an international number as well. Their ProHealth site is functional as well as informative. They not only have customer service, but they have a chat on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors is also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the quality of the supplement, am impressed by the company, and like that they don’t use the fillers that other companies say are necessary.
I hope that information was helpful; thank you for reading.
