Who knew? I’ve been taking Vitamin D for decades for its many benefits. I have just recently learned that studies are showing it is important to take Vitamin K-2 with the D. This combination looks to be an ideal solution.
I have just one reservation. For many people 10,000 IU of D is too much. I have learned that because we all have different genetics, and different life-styles the amount of Vitamin D we need to get the right blood level varies widely. A simple blood test tells the tale.
I will find out if 10,000 IU a day is too much for me.

This is a great vitamin d3 k2 supplement. It also has some calcium in it. The serving size is 1 capsule. Which I like as I don’t have to take multiple capsules, it’s all in one capsule. There are 60 serving per container. They are slightly larger capsules. They have not bothered my stomach or given me any adverse effects.

D3, MK7 Vitamin K2, and calcium. Easy to swallow. MK7 Vitamin K2 is said to be the most bioavailable form of K2 which is needed in conjunction with vitamin D3.. Two bottles is about a four month supply for me making them economical too. I recommend this product. 5 stars
