They are easy to take, I am not sure they work any better than my normal D3 & K12. But I’ll know for sure when I have my blood tests next month.

I usually take Vitamin D gel caps, but I’d thought I’d give these capsules a try. The listing is a little muddled. Never mind that the it says “300 Soft_Gels”, it’s actually 120 tiny capsules Being that the capsules are tiny, they are of course very easy to swallow. I like that it includes Vitamin K2. The exact amounts are Vitamin D3 (125 mcg/5000 IU) and K2 MK7 (90 mcg). The capsules have no discernible taste or smell. This is a good thing. I’ll have to take them for a while to see if they are as effective as the usual gel caps that I normally take. All in all, they seem like a good Vitamin D supplement at a reasonable price.

Both my wife and I have been taking Vitamin D3 benefits for many years. I personally learned about Vitamin K2 a few months ago and have added that vitamin to my daily regimen as well. Vitamin D is needed to support strong bones, and a deficiency can also cause fatigue. The addition of the K2 helps your body to move calcium into your bones where it is needed instead of depositing it in your blood vessels.
I spoke to my wife about starting to take the K2 as well and she finally agreed to also add it to her daily vitamins. That’s why we got this bottle of TRUEMED D3 and K2 combination capsules – since we were both taking it we needed to beef up our supply! One capsule per day provides recommended dosage for both vitamins. The capsules are quite small, so they are very easy to swallow. Also, it should be noted that Truemed has chosen to include the MK7 variety of Vitamin K2 in their product. That’s a good thing as MK7 is regarded as being the superior form of this vitamin in most respects vs. MK4, including as one of its benefits the fact that it stays in the body longer.

I ordered this to keep up with my daily prescribed vitamin D3 dose; since I know that I need K2 to help make sure the extra calcium the D3 helps me absorb gets deposited into my bones, rather than my arteries, I love when I can find a supplement which combines them.
These capsules, like most, are easy to swallow (especially since they’re very small) and have no real flavor or smell. I haven’t experienced any resumption of symptoms of low D3 while taking them, and I love that this is a 4-month supply for about what my local pharmacy charges for a 2-month. These will likely be a repeat purchase!

This is a good combination of these two supplements, in proper strength.
The K2 is of MK-7 menaquinone, which is recognized as the superior form of K2.
The manufacturer ascribes to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), which is not only a plus, but is required in any supplements I take. I would like to see a third party analysis also, but there is no indication that it is used. I would not take this supplement for a medically prescribed situation, but they should be quite satisfactory for a daily supplement.
The capsules are small cellulose caps, and are easy to swallow.
The price for 120 capsules is very competitive, and offers excellent value for money.
This TRUEMED vitamin combination is satisfactory for a non medically prescribed supplement.
This product gets a 4 rating rather than a 5 because of the lack of third party analysis.
