I’ve done a lot of research on post bariatric vitamins and believe that Celebrate is as good as it gets. I have twice had iron deficient anemia. Normally I buy the Celebrate Multi-vitamin with iron but the flavor I like (Forest Berry) was unavailable when I ordered so I bought this along with a bottle of Celebrate Multivitamin Chewable Pineapple Strawberry 60 ct. I’ll go back to the Celebrate multi with iron because I prefer to take one pill as opposed to two but this was good tasting and didn’t leave dark stains on my teeth as Iron can sometimes do.

I’ve been using the celebrate bariatric vitamins for years. I really like them for these reasons:
They have all the vitamins and minerals that I need.
They’re chewable and they’re for easier for my body to absorb.
They taste great!
I highly recommend these vitamins.

About 3 years ago, I was having headaches almost daily. My neurologist couldn’t figure out what was going on for months and just had me on an ibuprofen regimen. After the headaches continued, she decided to do a blood draw and discovered that my iron was a 6 out of 40–resulting in iron deficiency anemia which was the cause of my headaches. She put me on an iron supplement and I haven’t seen her since. However, in the last three years (as much as I hate to admit this) I haven’t been taking a single Iron supplement. I heard way too many things about what iron pills do to your body and I was not going to take that risk, so I just ate iron rich foods instead. Well about two months ago, I stumbled across these chewables on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I’ve been taking these for two months and my iron levels are almost back to normal, and the signs of iron deficiency (headaches, fatigue, lightheaded when standing up, etc) have gone significantly down (coming from somebody who barely had any iron in them to begin with). I have experienced NO SIDE EFFECTS from this supplement, which was a huge concern of mine. Although my iron levels aren’t perfect, they are slowly getting there. The berry flavor reminds me of the flintstone vitamins you take as a kid—Super good! If you’re doubting this product, don’t!

Since my gastric bypass last year, my iron levels have been low, so I was happy to find this supplement.
For a chewable, the flavor is pretty good.
Best part, it isn’t harsh on my stomach like other iron pills are.

I have iron deficiency anemia. My Ferritin level was at an 8 before I started taking supplements. I was tired ALL the time. I started out using 1 of the Celebrate Iron 30 w/ vitamin C chewables. I prefer the taste of those over the 60 mg but it is more economical to buy the 60 mg tablets. I have since upped my dosage as per my doctor and moved onto the 60 mg tablets. The taste is still good, just not AS GOOD as the 30mg grape flavor in my opinion. I have been on this supplement for 2 months and my Ferritin level has gone from and 8 to 24. Still not great but much better. I have an appointment in 3 weeks to see how much more my Ferritin level has has increased. I do experience constipation (common with all iron supplements)-I take milk of magnesia every few days to combat it. The regular OTC iron supplement gave me a horrible upset stomach. I haven’t had an upset stomachache since starting this supplement. I think this is an awesome product. I gave the 60mg tablet 4 stars for taste…the 30 mg tablets 5 stars for taste.

I started taking it since i had my biariatric surgery on 2/1/19 and i love it is delicious. But I prefer to buy the bottler which bring 30 chewable instead of 60 one because it is bigger and has more mg too

We bought these at the recommendation of my child’s hematologist. They are surprisingly tasty — akin to the flinstones chewables as I remember them — but for a small three-year-old, the pills were a bit cumbersome to chew and we opted for the liquid ferrous sulfate with some OJ instead. This said: ferrous sulfate drops taste like blood, and given the choice, I would pick a Celebrate every time. You can’t taste the iron, and the vitamin C aids in absorption.
