I have noticed an increase in my energy and mood while taking these, as somebody with naturally very low energy and motivation. It has also curbed my snack cravings like nothing else has been able to.
Downside is that it did make me throw up after taking on an empty stomach, and some days since starting I will have a random bout of diarrhea that I wouldn’t have before starting these.
Great for the price, but if you have a sensitive stomach I’d suggest starting with a half pill. Definitely eat first

I used to take these all throughout 2018. LOVED THEM! Then something in the formula changed and I got sick EVERY TIME in 2019/2020! I saw the new packaging and thought maybe they changed the formula again, since it has been 4 years. Nope! Still sick AF. Good news, you’ll be so nauseous you can’t eat. Bad news you’ll be nauseous. Maybe I just don’t eat enough in the mornings to stomach it but it’s a hard pass for me. My prenatal’s were less nauseating than these.

I’ve been taking this vitamin for about a week ( I wanted to wait a bit and see if anything changed )
And here are my tips/things to note:
– Please please please eat a DECENT sized breakfast or food in general. This is a big pill and will absolutely make you nauseas if you don’t eat
– I, personally, ate a starch/protein heavy breakfast and then waited an hour after taking the pill. Don’t recommend moving heavy right away or else you get slight vertigo
– This pill really boosted my energy a ton! I used to take like 4 hour naps and now I don’t feel the need to take any!
– This does make you poop. Haven’t experienced any vomiting but definitely more solid poop which is a 10/10 for me
– This is NOT a diet pill. It will not make you lose weight. But this is really good for suppressing appetite. I would constantly need to eat/snack but this really helps.
– Good source of Vitamins. Highly recommend.
– try to make a routine time for it. ( I take it at 9am everyday ) but I just feel it’s better on the stomach

I purchased these vitamins months ago. I started taking them and quickly realized they have to be taken with a good amount of food. I don’t usually eat til around 2-3PM so I stopped taking them. Here I am months later I see them in the draw and decide I’m going to start taking them in the mornings with a piece of peanut butter bread in hopes of a more productive training/workout. It’s now day 4 and my energy is great! workouts great! I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why I’m working out harder and my appetite is so low until just now. I came back to read the reviews and realized the same day I started the vitamins my appetite decreased. This is awesome. Highly recommend

For the love of God eat something first! And no not a bowl of cereal, something semi-substantial. You WILL throw up. But if you eat properly, they work good.
People say they’re big and taste bad, but for someone like me who takes multiple pills daily, it’s just another pill. No problem.
Update: I’ve found that if I eat a quaker granola bar, I don’t feel the nausea at all. They are the quaker granola bars with chocolate chips and are 100 calories each. So far, when I eat one of them almost right after I take this pill, I dont get the usual nausea.

I was after something to help with how tired I felt around mid afternoon. This really helped with my energy levels as well as sugar cravings. I don’t feel the need for a 3pm chocolate bar as often. Will continue to use!

Does what its suppose to. This is not a weight loss pill but it will suppress your appetite and boost your energy essentially promoting weight loss. Makes you feel nauseous, but the nausea only last for about 20 mins after taking. Must take with food. I saw a lot of reviews saying it made them go to the restroom, I personally did not have that issue. I took one each morning at the start of my 8.5 hr shift and never had use the restroom (#2) during work hours. Took these for 30 days along with vitafusion metabolism gummies, ate a clean healthy diet (no exercise) and I lost about 15lbs in that 30 day span, right before my birthday trip so i recommend that combo

I’ve been taking the brand’s Fruit Bites for a while, preferring them over typically ginormous multivitamin pills due to a hyperactive gag reflex… and preferring them to most gummies due to taste and texture. But when the brand discontinued that option I had to start looking for a different multi, which inevitably meant a different formula.
When my last bottle of Fruit Bites was nearly gone, I settled on this variety, partly for the price and partly thinking the amount of walking I do in the course of my job meant I was “active” enough that it should be beneficial.
I was wrong. Every day I took one of these I would get a powerful wave of nausea within the hour and vomit up part of my breakfast. I already have digestive issues so I didn’t think much of it… at first. But there were days when I’d forget to take my vitamins, and I started to notice I only had this extreme reaction when I took my daily dose.
So I stopped taking them for a while to see if my stomach calmed down (it did) and did some quick googling on the subject. According to my inexpert research, one of the most common causes of nausea after taking a multi is too much iron. Now, I don’t know what counts as “too much” at this stage, but checking the nutrition label reveals that my Fruit Bites contained no iron at all while this contains your recommended full day’s supply… in addition to any you might get from food or iron cooking utensils, at that. (Upon further inquiry, my mother states I had a similar problem as a baby taking any formula that contained iron.)
The jury’s still out on whether the iron is REALLY my problem or if that’s mere coincidence, but I’ll have to look for a different multi regardless. Or somehow identify the specific vitamins I don’t get enough of from food and take supplements for those alone.

I used these vitamins for years!! I loved them and the boost of energy they game me. The only problem with them is that you definitely need to eat before taking them because they will make you nauseous.
